Good check in. Nice little mini Waterpark for the kids. Don’t supply life jackets so I did run to Walmart to get one to make our time more enjoyable. Kids had a blast. Only downfall the rooms surround the Waterpark so early in the morning a ton of people were already down there swimming and it can pretty noisy in your room.

We had a great visit and didn’t have any complaints. The pool and 2 hot tubs were so much fun. The kids (6, 10 and 13) had a blast. There are also many things to do nearby with kids.

We had a great stay at comfort inn.. I only gave it a 4 star for cleanliness and property conditions because the hotel had a very musty smell as soon as we walked in.. like it had previously been flooded.. I was hoping it was only the entry way that smelled like that, but unfortunately when we got to our room, it too smelled musty. Other than the smell, the kids had a great time in the pool area.

The bed had stains on it, the staff addressed the issue. Other guests were letting their children run the halls at 12:00am the staff addressed that as well the parents continued to let their children run the halls. At 12:25am me and my daughter left the hotel a refund was refused, because I booked through Travelocity and not directly through the hotel.

It was a very busy weekend with so many events I. The area including the great eclipse. But the staff was ready! Great and helpful hospitality! My room was great! Breakfast was awesome (I went really early due to the many families in the hotel). I actually took my breakfast to my room. But it was great!
