The front desk staff were simply amazing...so friendly and helpful. This hotel is in walking distance to basically everything you'll be doing in Athens. Highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting your kid at OU. I parked my car and didn't get back in it until I checked out.

The staff at this property was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a ten month old baby with me and struggled to get luggage and baby items up to the room. The staff helped me upon check in and check out to get items to the room and back to the car. I will definitely stay again.

Booked a 2 bedroom suite on 1/28 for the weekend of 3/4. Called 5 days prior to confirm the suite (me and another Dad were coming down for the last time before out kids graduation). Confirmation that the room was good. Got their Saturday and both 2 bedroom suites were taken and they had me down for a 1 bedroom. I said that would not work because of the other Dad. They had one other room available and I asked for it to be discounted so that my cost would be inline with the original room. It cost me significantly more than the orignal 2 bedroom suite. They are more concerned with $$$ than customer service and making things right. Fair warning.

A winner! This charming family run hotel in the heart of town simply cannot be beat. I *almost* don't want to leave a review, because of the word gets out I'll have a harder time getting a room here when i want it 😉. Super clean, with a giant tv and comfy bed, plus loads of little touches, like a real bath mat, extra thick towels, walk in shower with the best showerhead EVER, free drinks in the mini fridge, a workout room with a killer view... all for the same price as the chain hotels out on E State..

Great location, clean, bright convenient! Only downside is the thin walls...could hear EVERYTHING *wink wink* in the room next door. Don't bring kids with you!
