Took my kiddo for an impromptu overnight mommy/daughter trip and needed a place to stay. Love older hotels with character, and this one is clean, quiet, and nostalgiac. Excellent service and no noise or issues!

We didn’t stay … we had a family emergency and had to keep driving the hotel refused to refund our money . Poor customer service. Husband pulled into parking lot and said it looked terrible, nothing like the photos . We called the hotel and told them about our emergency and they could care less . Spend your money elsewhere!!!!

Check in was good. When we got to the room, e we’re about to enter and one of the housekeeping staff ram over and told us her kids were in there (after school). They were watching tv. She escorted them out and wiped down the counter. Room was cramped and small. Bars on the window. Gnats/fruit flys were bothersome. The inside of the shower had been redone but the tile outside had not and showed age and mold. Bed was hard. No blow dryer. Not a great part of town. Stay farther north.
