Comfort Suites Whitsett - Greensboro East

The manager that originally checked us in was friendly. Our keys were deactivated multiple times during our stay leaving our party of 6 stuck outside the door while we had to go to the desk to have them reactivated. This happened 4 times. The lady at the desk insisted that we were using the keys wrong like it is the first hotel we have stayed in. Then we unfolded the sleeper sofa and there was no bedding or pillows left for this so we had to go back down to the front desk and wait in the enormous line in order to get bedding so my kids could sleep. We will not be staying in this hotel again. I could look past certain things but the extremely rude staff behind the counter is not one of them.

It was very convenient location, close to my family member home.

First time me and my family stayed there we love the employees, and how clean everything was. Breakfast was excellent. It was nice n quiet. Will stay again.

The hotel was amazing!! The only problem was you could hear the children running over your head. The air conditioner was great! Very clean and great breakfast.

I took my grandchildren for a train ride to Greensboro to go to Wet n Wild Water Park on a Tuesday. Made reservations online for 2 rooms because they had a pool, we wanted to continue the water fun after park closed at 5pm. Arrived and found out pool was closed. We were told that the pool chemicals were unbalanced due the amount of people who used the pool on the weekend. Big let down to my 4 grandchildren. At least we had the train ride and water park. I would have liked to have known pool was closed and been offered the opportunity to choose. I realize pools have to be closed unexpectedly, however, I think they could have sent an email out to the standing reservations so we could be informed, especially in the summer months. Our rooms smelled like smoke and breakfast was very small.

Rooms were clean and a good size. Easily slept 5 of us (3 kids). Breakfast was good, nice to be able to make your own waffles.

We liked everything . Everyone was so friendly. It was a perfect vacation . We loved our accommodations so much we plan on staying there every time we our in NC. We have family in the area so I’m sure we’ll be there often. Linda Post Exley

I stayed during Thanksgiving holiday to visit family. Hotel is near restaurant and the highway exit. The staff was accommodating especially when I requested to switch my room. The building was safe and I enjoyed their complementary breakfast. I would recommend.

Rather nice place to stay, clean friendly and just a nice place to lay your head. The staff was like family seemed to really care about your experience, I loved it.
