Hampton Inn & Suites Concord/Charlotte

The entire staff was very nice and accommodating, especially the front desk and housekeeping. They went above and beyond as we had some unforeseen family circumstances arise and they handled everything with empathy and kindness. We would highly recommend. Thank you!

Clean, quiet, family friendly rooms, great location

It was a family wedding on that day so we had quite a few out of town family members staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Concord/Charlotte Concord, North Carolina, We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. Overall our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks!

Rebecca Sargent was amazing from checking in until checkout. After a family fun filled evening in Concord at checkout we forgot our luggage. When I called to check for our luggage Rebecca knew exactly who I was and walked me through the process of getting my luggage shipped home. She turned this nightmare into a piece of cake. My family was very comfortable and most importantly felt very safe during our stay. We will definitely be booking again whenever we are in the Concord area. I can’t thank Mrs. Rebecca Sargent enough for going over and beyond to make our stay amazing and helping me correct our mishap

Our family of 4 stayed at Hampton Inn for one night and the room was clean and spacious. We checked in late and the staff was friendly. Our only complaint was that the room's furniture seemed worn and outdated.

The gentleman working the front desk was so nice! The kids wished the pool had been heated. My only complaints were that the pillows were very thin and lumpy, and every door that opened and closed on the floor made our beds shake. Also, the vent in the bathroom of room 418 didn't work.

Our stay was very good. I was unsure at first because the desk person was not available when I arrived. He was apologetic though and quickly checked us in. It looked like he was trying to get help for another person, so it didn't bother me. The hallway on the second floor had trash and towels in it when my family and I found our room. We arrived around (9:00 PM so I was surprised to see this. The clutter was there until at least 11:00. I had to go out to my vehicle and noticed nothing had been picked up. The room itself had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were not great, but we had brought our own since we were traveling quite a distance in the car. The next morning, the hallway was clean and the cleaning staff was already working on rooms. At breakfast, my kids and I enjoyed the items available very much. The two ladies working in this area with amazing and kind when both children needed assistance. I appreciated their help and created a feeling that the children's needs were important. Check-out was easy.
