Just a great overall hotel! Clemmons is the halfway point of our yearly beach trip and we’ve stayed there every year since it was opened. The best free breakfast ever! And the pool stays open until 10! Which is great for tiring out the little ones. Will always continue to stay here.

We are local and actually watched this hotel being built so we were very excited to stay here when our ac when out. We will sadly not be staying here again or recommend to our visiting friends and family again. We have a 7 month old and there was someone who slammed a door at least 15 times at 4 am. The refrigerator had old turnip greens left in there from someone else. The carpet had stains on it also.

A clean, nice hotel for our family. They were even willing to put other family members in the room next to us. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. We will be back 😊

The lobby was crazy, kids running around, the phone ringing and no one at the desk. it was five minutes before someone showed up to check us in. This is just a review of check-in and it was not great.

The property was conveniently situated near Interstate Hwy 40. It was within walking distance of a prominent super market chain, family restaurants, service/gas stations, and shopping areas. The property was clean. Service personnel was courteous, helpful and professional.

We had the misfortune to stay when the hotel was full of screaming kids running through the halls and jumping off beds above us until very late at night. This, when we desperately needed sleep and an early departure. While the hotel was not at fault for the behavior others, it was grossly overpriced compared to other identical Holiday Inn Express hotels offering the same amenities.

Great location. The staff is courteous and friendly. The hotel was always clean and presentable (even after an evening of young kiddos running around 😃). The gym is great too! Highly recommend.
