Most of Staff is very nice and professional besides Operational Manager was very rude and def no customer skills. Guests set off the fire alarm and we had to evacuate at 11pm with little kids .. operational manager was not even aware of this incident and was very very abrasive when we asked for one hour of late check out . We never expected this kind of rudeness from the manager …

Stayed here while in town visiting family and good ppace to stay. Room was clean and nice the indoor pool was nice in the middle of the winter. The breakfast was also good and very friendly staff.

We stay here often since we have family in the area. The staff is always cheerful, organizes, and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There aren't many options in the area so we're grateful that this is such a good place to stay.

The hotel wasn’t fancy, but the common areas and our room were clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was great! The hotel has views of the river. There are beautiful walking paths along the river that lead to open areas and parks. There is also a restaurant in a marina within walking distance to the hotel that looks like it would be a fun place to eat (we were in town for a family function so we didn’t have an opportunity to check it out). I would highly recommend this hotel!

Went to a nearby family event. Peekskill was convenient, nearby location. Would recommend only for proximity to other, much more scenic areas in Hudson River Valley. Hotel faced a recycling plant that ran 24/7. But access to a river park was close. Overall dreary surroundings. Hotel, however, was clean and staff friendly.

The staff was friendly and always had smiles on their face. The front desk women made our check in welcoming and efficient. She was great. We had 5 adults and 2 kids. The pool was clean and perfect temp. The hotel was also clean. The elevator is so slow with only 1 but it did us good to take the stairs. The breakfast was also good but a little over cooked but the cinnamon rolls were worth the drive from Massachusetts!

I stayed here with my 2 children for a night after attending the Harry Potter adventure. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were courteous and friendly. The hotel, pool and our room was clean and spacious. There's a park a short walk across the street with amazing views of the Hudson. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again in the future.
