No one came to pick us up and we ended staying at the airport. I will not be paying for the hotel. Terrible experience, 3 seniors and 2 children and myself waited almost an hour for shuttle and multiple calls but no shuttle to hotel.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly, parking garage was weird. We took the car down and a person was supposed to open door for us but no one did and we couldn’t get in so hd to drag all bags back up the whole ramp back to the front street entry door…with my child asleep. Was not cool. The guy said oh sorry he was supposed to open for you

Super clean, staff was great and location is super convenient to getting on the subways. Internet family and I plan to revisit NYC and fully intend on staying here next time.
