What a lovely find! Very clean and the “backyard” area was fun for our child to run around and play corn hole.

This Inn is absolutely adorable! The bunk bed room is perfect for families, the lobby/lounge area is warm and inviting with cozy fire, old-fashioned games and books. The restaurant/bar area is cozy as well - we snagged the table by the window for Mountain views. It’s just minutes from Hunter ski resort so super-convenient. The only things I’d say could be improved is the lighting in the room (I had trouble seeing to dig things out of my suitcase. and the mattresses were not the most comfortable (maybe switch up to memory foam?). Still a great place; I’d definitely return if headed to that area again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. It is 10 min drive from Hunter ski resort. The property is so cute, very family friendly, pet friendly. A cute nice tavern with live music and a great bar. Rooms are big and spacious. Lounge is warm and cozy. The only thing I wish they had was hot tub. I strongly recommend this place.

I really liked this hotel. It's beautiful, and the rooms are big and homey. The only problem is that this hotel tends to attract A LOT of kids and younger people. Some of the rooms in the hotel are bunk bed rooms and they are often right next to more adult-esq rooms like King Mountain view suites. When you have a bunch of kids in a room without parents they go WILD and the sound carries big time. So if you're an adult looking for a quiet getaway, this makes it really annoying. The quiet hours start at 10pm and while the staff does a decent job of getting everyone to eventually quiet down and stay quiet- the hours before that make it REALLY hard to be present and enjoy the space. I'd recommend traveling with a white noise machine or logging into your Spotify account and blasting that all day long. While the hotel is dog friendly, the constant running down the halls ( this happens all day and night long) and kids laughing and yelling, drove my dog crazy - so just a heads up.

We loved the atmosphere, and the little touches they added. My kids also really loved the queen bunk beds in our room. Will definitely return here next time we're in the area!

Was in the area to see a show at Levon Helm Studio & stayed for one night. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was amazing. Will definitely stay again when in the area & recommend the lodge to friends & family. The only con for the stay was not being able to stay longer.

Best place to stay for families! We had a 2bd 1bath chalet & it was fantastic. The bedrooms are huge and the living room/galley kitchen are perfect for everything you may need. A surprise bonus for our 11 month crawling baby was that there were no edges or corners, everything was rounded in the room! One side note is that there were no options to black out the windows (because there are tons of huge windows, a plus!) so that’s one thing to consider. We will be back!

The hotel was great. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and VERY clean! The location was perfect for a day of skiing at Hunter Mtn. Can’t wait to return to this adorable hotel. Have already recommended it to friends and family!

I love the redesigned rooms & common areas...beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious (toilet / shower area was a little tight tho). We had requested a mountain view room and were able to get it...the only downside was that it was right next to the restaurant, and walls are thin, so we could feel & hear the music through the walls until it closed around 11p. Ceilings I guess are also a bit thin since clearly there was a young child staying above us and running back and forth that we could hear as well. Other than that, the cookies in the afternoons were a nice touch - but I think those were only available on days that the restaurant was open. Breakfast left a little to be desired, but it was free, so theres that. Overall I think it was a great touchpoint between all the places we wanted to visit.
