The first night was awful. Must have been 50 plus kids there from some event who took control of the hotel. Endless noise, they broke the elevator so we had to take stairs up and down 4 flights of stairs. The parents had zero control of the kids and they ran everywhere. It was awful. Even allowing their children to play hockey in the hallways at 6:00am. The breakfast area was like a sess pool of germs as well as the pool which I would have never even considered. The only saving grace was Karen, the hotel Manager who tried her very best to make up for it the following day. She was the best.

Hampton Inn in Plattsburgh, NY has been a good place for us to stay while visiting family. In general, we are always quite comfortable staying at a Hampton Inn in any location.

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good with multiple options. My only issue is the soap in the bathroom is made with almond oil and we have a nut allergy in our family.

We had a king suite and the room was nice and big for our family of 4. Breakfast was delicious too! When asked about GF items for my daughter the staff was very accommodating and checked on everything for us. Thank you!

I reserved the room over a week ahead and drove with a toddler and a 5 year older for over 5 hours and when we got there around 6pm we were made to wait in the lobby almost half an hour for our room. The hot tub was out of use as well. It was underwhelming at over $250 a night.

The hotel was fine fine the breakfast was good the room was clean and what we expected. There was however an unexplained 4 AM fire alarm that kept us outside of our room with our kids for half an hour in the middle of the night. The next morning we asked what it was about and the staff wouldn't say.
