Hampton Inn & Suites Cazenovia

Cazenovia is a cute town and the hotel stands tall w/in a beautiful background of rural farmland. The pool was great-toys for kids and outside patio w fire rings offered a perfect setting for dinner and nice transition to the pool.

The goal of my trip was to attend a graduation at Colgate University. Hence, the one-night stay at the "Hampton Inn & Suites Cazenovia." Boy, how happy I was to have found this fantastic hotel! This hotel represents the jewel among thorns as it seems to be the only place that is standardized and attractive in Cazenovia . The bedroom is roomy and the bed comfortable; the bathroom is clean and cold and hot waters flow with no glitches for showers; there are a microwave, a small fridge, a sink for dishes, an iron, a spacious closet, and a wide-screen TV in the room. A really comfy room. In addition to the room, there is a pleasant pool to keep kids active. However, I found the hotel to be too pricey. Charging nearly $600 for one night still does not compute for me. I would suggest to Upper Management to start working on a more appropriate charge.

The view from the property is beautiful. The front desk staff are kind and friendly. The hotel is spotless. Rooms are very nice and new. Text message concierge service which is great to request extra blankets etc. The pool is small but clean - and open till 10pm which my kids love. Walgreens, Tops supermarket and Dollar Tree are directly across the road from the hotel. We went for dinner at Pearl Bistro, 2 mins down the road. Very convenient. Portions were small but food was very good. A very pleasant place to stay!

Great overnight stay with the kids. Clean, good atmosphere. Nice pool/spa area. Breakfast was slim with options. But overall nice place.

My kiddos loved the pool. They swam for hours! And the free breakfast was top notch.

Ellen at the front desk was extremely professional and friendly for check-in. Our room was very clean and the location of the hotel was conveniently located. The only negative thing I'd have to say about the experience is we recieved a call in regard to a noise complaint at 7:30PM. We were very confused because our kids were getting ready for bed and we were barely making noise. The room above us though was quite noisey so I think there may have been confusion. I think it could've been addressed in a different way and seemed accusatory that we were the culprits.

2nd year in a row for an overnight with my grandson. Really kid friendly. Wish they still had the grill for dinner but breakfast was great.

Short family weekend..

This is a quiet location just outside of Syracuse, NY. I feel very safe in the area. There are little shops and restaurants 5 mins from the hotel. The staff are friendly and casual. Makes you feel like part of their family.

The rooms were large,(queen suites), very affordable. Staff friendly, and very helpful. I booked the 2 rooms to see my family, 1 for them the other for me, their room ,upon check in had trash in the can, there was hair on the pool's deck for days. my only complaints. Breakfast was nice, eggs, meat, waffles, muffins so on. They have a guest laundry, not mention in description, $1.50 to wash, $1.00 to dry. Other then the main lobby entrance, all other doors are locked 24-7. Will I stay again? YES!
