THE TILE IN THE SAUNA AREA WERE VERY LOOSE. DANGEROUSLY LOOSE!!!!. NEED TO CLOSE DOWN THAT AREA AND FIX ALL THE LOOSE TILE. Also need more activities for teens and children. Because there were alot of children, especially for a casino. Pls see some of my suggestions below. - need to add more arcade games in arcade room. Arcade room is too small. - need to add a close play area outside with jungle gym, slides and swings. - A movie room with popcorn would be nice. - separate pool for teens and children only. Adults do not want to be in the pool with a bunch of children. - blacklight miniature golf course. Also a 30 dollar buffet is extreme. I can see 20 dollars but not 30". Need more lower cost options for families

The room was lovely the staff was very nice. But a warning to ski families there is a bit of a walk from the parking garage with two elevators to traverse. Unless you use the bell hops and valet.

Had a lovely stay with my family. The check in process was easy and fast. Our rooms were beautiful, beds were comfortable and clean. The casino was kept clean, staff was on top of it. The dealers were very friendly and patient. We had dinner at their steakhouse, The Western Door. The wait staff was kind and welcoming. Dinner was delicious, the sides were large enough to share. Those filets could be cut with a dull spoon and we're cooked to perfection. It would have been better if I had left with some winnings but thats gambling! I would definitely recommend visiting.

This hotel is convenient if you have business in the area. The hotel is easy to get to from the local highways. We were in the area for a family ceremony, so our focus wasn't for the casino on the property. The hotel restaurants are sufficient but nothing extraordinary. The room was very clean and very efficient heating/cooling in the room.

Hotel was very nice. However, the hotel charged us an additional $20 for the the night's lodging as a "resort" fee. The charge I paid to Hotels.com included a $30 "resort" fee in addition to the advertised price. I told the staff but they said the extra $20 fee was required if we wanted to stay. In addition, a free breakfast was advertised on the Hotels.com website but the hotel staff said breakfast was not included. I'll use another travel search website unless I'm compensated. I'll also warn friends and family.

Really great stay, nice spacious rooms, people at the bell desk restaurant buffet all great. We came with friends with our families and children and the kids had a great time as well. Addition of arcade and amenities for kids while dads but the casino would be great
