Nigel the manager went above and beyond when we needed assistance getting to a family wedding

I’ve stayed here MANY times and I love it! The hotel is so nice- love the design and rooms. Access to two Manhattan view terraces, easy walk to parks, waterfront, restaurants, subway. Awesome staff! Always friendly and helpful. It’s my go to when visiting family in Brooklyn!

I love staying at The Henry Norman! Its size keeps things unique and personal. The location and staff are amazing! It’s always my go to when visiting family in Brooklyn.

The property itself was very nice and the staff were excellent. Our only complaint was that at 5am both mornings we were there, we were abruptly waken up by kids running and jumping in the room right above us - felt like our ceiling was going to come right down on us at any second. Other than that, everything was great. If we do return, we will request a top floor room to prevent that from happening again.

What an amazing place! Everything from the full kitchen to the 16 ft ceilings in the very spacious suite room we had appeared to be brand new and sparkling clean. Bed was very comfortable and I couldn't say enough about the cool design overall and cool artwork all over the place. The folks at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. It was much more than we were expecting to be totally honest. Possibly the best place I've stayed in right up there with some of the best Las Vegas Hotels. I would absolutely come back here every time I could and highly recommend it to anyone needing to stay in the Brooklyn/Greenpoint area or to anybody looking to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city and stay in a nice family friendly Burrough of NYC.

If you want to stay in a very unique place, this is it. It is tucked away in a family friendly neighborhood and certainly very safe to walk about. There is a park near by and several neighborhood cafes. I will come by if needing to be in the vicinity.

This was one of the best hotels at which I've ever stayed. The hotel itself was so unique and amazing. The room was amazing. The staff were amazing. The room had a kitchen, which is nice if we go with the kids next time. Maybe a little inconvenient location if you are there to visit Manhattan, but excellent for our trip when we went to see the Moldy Peaches in concert at the Brooklyn Steel :-) Great place to stay if you are visiting Brooklyn!

Here is my review for the Henry Norman. “My family and I stayed at the Henry Norman for a couple of days for a wedding. I recommend it 100%. Immediately upon entering, it is beautiful and very welcoming and the staff were all very nice. Vince in particular was a gem - extremely polite, very helpful, a pleasure to chat with, and when we requested a late checkout because it was daylight savings time, he was completely accommodating. The rooms were large, unique and beautifully decorated, very clean, and there were no issues with noise. Looking down the square stairway was like something in a movie. I will absolutely be back if I need a place to stay in Brooklyn again!

Hotel is covenient to the area for family being visited. It is a bit pricy for queen bed accomodations in relatively small rooms. Parking in the area is inconvenient, and yet there is nothing around the hotel to see and do.

My family all stayed for our youngest son's wedding on leap day. Nice place, close to my son's apartment. It could use a little soundproofing and the shower head wasn't the best, but this was a great trip with excellent staff.
