It was a great stay especially after visiting family that had a rock hard bed. The Hampton Inn on Chapel Street was so comfortable and welcoming!

We stayed here for our son’s graduation from UAlbany. We booked a suite that was very large and roomy allowing us to set up a celebration table with appetizers, drinks, and decorations to enjoy with family after the crossing and before we went to dinner! The location was perfect and made our weekend easy to celebrate!

We stayed at your facility Feb 23rd 2023. When we arrived your entrance was completely blocked by valet cars I had just had surgery and was using your hotel to be close to my newborn in the NICU. I had to traverse snow, ice and cars to get into the hotel 5 days after a c-section. My husband then had to park 1/2 a mile away because you had no parking left. It was so horrible we didn’t stay the second night.

Our whole family needed to shower, but the shower drain was blocked. I called the service line, but it didn’t even pick up until multiple tries. We ended up taking a hasty shower because we couldn’t have the drain fixed in time for the night.
