My family and I only stayed one night but we had a great experience.Multiple staff members were friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the indoor pool. I loved the free breakfast for the family.

The employee who did the breakfast was amazing!!!!! We know the hotel was impacted by more guests because if the fires. They changed what kind of room we booked but did call that day to let us know. That was great. Didn’t like that the pull out bed wasn’t made, in fact we found clothes in it that weren’t ours when we pulled it out. They also ran out of pillows. We had two pillows for our family of 4 which was frustrating.

I have stayed here often before but this stay was horrible. This craziness with DOGS has gone too far. There seems to be no limits and the staff afraid to say anything. It was over the top when I went down for breakfast and there was a dog with a young child in the food line. This dog proceeded to poop on the floor right below the hot food entrees. GROSS. Unfortunate, another customer stepped in it and smeared it on the floor. This is definitely a health violation. I lost my appetite. DOGs should not be allowed in the eating areas unless they are service dogs.
