Love that Best Western offers a 2 bedroom. 2 twin beds and 1 queen. Our family of 4 was super comfy. Breakfast could be better but it was free so can’t complain too much. Had some trouble with the front desk helping to locate luggage cart but it was resolved.

We wanted to give our grandkids the experience of a train ride, the shuttle was not in Lamy, I would go to Albuquerque, NM instead. Lamy is not a manned Amtrak station, there is no one to help you if the shuttle does not show up, no numbers to call.

The room was nice and clean. The bed had a bit of an indent that you sink into quite a bit when laying down. Everything else was in good shape and I felt safe. It was mostly quiet except for the upper neighbor- we heard lots of their running and jumping- I assume they had kids.

Stayed with grandkids and the room above either had a herd of kids or the walls & floor did nothing to shield neighboring rooms from noise. Also, it’s located on a main roads with multiple sirens each night we were there. That’s the locations fault, not the hotels.

Good place to go if you have pets traveling with you. I liked the options of getting a room where me and my kids didn't have to share a bed. Also, we had a good time in the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in Santa Fe.

Rooms are dated. Needs to be remodeled. Male at front desk was incompetent. I complained about the noise in the room above mine that woke me up at 4:30 AM Saturday and unday. He refused to take care of the issue.I told him I would do his job and take care of it, but I expected to have a discount applied to my room since I was doing the job he was paid to do. When i asked for his name so I could discuss the situation when the manager came in, he refused to provide his name because I 'was rude." I explained to him that it is not rude when a customer asked him to do the job he is being paid to do and reminded him at no point did I raise my voice or use foul language while addressing him. I then went upstairs and knocked on the door of the room directly above mine, explained to the occupants that they were being really loud and my family and I were trying to sleep. theu pologized and that was the end of it.

The pool was extra warm, we added another night because our toddler loved swimming in it! Nice hot tub to visit with other travelers. Hot breakfast had a sausage veggie scramble, yum. Lots of pet dogs, loud barking ones included, but the room didn't show it. Very clean and decorations tastefully selected to match the local theme. Favorite stay while travelling through the state.

We've stayed here a couple times - rooms are nice and the pool and hot tub are a great perk. It must have been Spring Break the week we were there because there were A LOT of families with kids. Thus, the pool was overloaded some nights and there was sand all over in the bottom of the hot tub. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem too concerned to clean the hot tub even after we made a request for them to do so. Otherwise, we like the hotel and will go back.
