Loved this hotel! Room was spacious, only thing I wish they had was two queen bed option. Would have made room a little smaller though. However loved having a window you actually open. Room ac/fan was quit loud but didn’t bother our family. Pool area was really lovely. Great service all around for dining, bar, pool and room service. Excellent location as well.

Nice hotel. Big, clean interior. A little maze-like in fact. The best part of the hotel is the pool. It is large, good for adults and kids, and tons of seating.

We booked with Expedia twice and both time this hotel and it’s sister property did not have our reservations and said it was an issue with booking indirect through Expedia. First time we had no place to stay and they moved us around and by third hotel in middle of evening with kids we had a place. The second time I reserved days before and on our drive from Phoenix - called the hotel to ensure we had a place but arrived and they didn’t have us!!! So frustrating!

Very very overpriced. Breakfast was not included. We had our 12 year old with us and the pool was closed. A huge disappointment. We got coffee vouchers for the cafe onsite and when we went to get coffee we were informed there was no coffee. There was a plus bear on the bed with the name of the hotel. I thought maybe the hotel leaves on the bed as a gift for children. When we checked out I asked if it was included in the very expensive room price and was told it was $35 extra. I declined to purchase it and the receptionist told me it would be returned to the room. I find this disgusting. How many people/children touch these bears or sleep with them and if they are not purchased they remain in the guest room??

THERE IS NO POOL AVAILABLE AT THIS HOTEL The pool area is under renovation and will be for the rest of summer 2023 at least. Lovely hotel and staff otherwise but the lack of pool bar area was not made clear on Expedia and would have been a deal breaker for us. Pool for the kids while we can relax poolside was our number one criteria.

It was beautiful and had a fantastic pool! We loved our room ,which had a lovely balcony and was very quiet. The service at the hotel was professional and the staff clearly took pride in their work. The only minor complaint we had was that the room keys didn't work multiple times, even though we kept them away from phones and credit cards, as advised. It was annoying to have to go back down to the front desk to have them reactivated. other then that, it was a great stay and we hope too go back with our kids and granddaughter!

Overall great stay. As most have stated… it’s a little dated but overall fantastic. Our shower was the only issue. Sprayed water kind of all over the place. Hal was the bright side of the stay. I honestly looked forward to the elevator opening on the main floor and Hal there ready to greet my family and I as well as make some fantastic recommendations on where, what, and how around the town that day. He deserves a raise. My 7 year old also made a call to room service for his first time and they treated him so nice he was smiling ear to ear when he got off the phone. Would definitely go again. Thank you guys for the extreme hospitality and a wonderful stay.
