We enjoyed staying here. Breakfast was basic but there was plenty to eat. The staff that checked us in wasnt very enthusiastic about being there but everyone else was friendly and the kids absolutely loved the indoor pool. The location was perfect for our trip.

Overall this property was in poor condition. The common areas of the hotel had no working AC, so the lobby (where breakfast is served) was extremely hot and stuffy with flies around. The hallways were hot and stuffy as well, we stayed on the third floor and they had the windows (standard slide bottom up opening windows) open. With small children to have a hotel that had third floor windows that are low to the ground open was extremely concerning from a safety perspective. There were large water stains on the ceiling of the lobby as well. The room itself was decently clean, but the window AC unit was filthy and the overflow opening on the bathroom sink drained on to the floor of the bathroom. Breakfast was lackluster, every table was dirty. The breakfast staff was doing their best but clearly short staffed. The welcome clerk was less than excited to see us when we arrived and I think said two sentences to us total. This place needs an overhaul.

I picked Comfort because they had a room available that was big enough for our family. It was even bigger than the pictures! We just needed a place to rest while driving across the country, I was able to get rest while the wife and kids spent time at the inside pool and hit the gym afterwards. Breakfast was decent and everything is close by.

Very clean, breakfast was great consist of real scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, fruit juice, yogurt, waffles, coffee, and cereal; room was clean, nice shower, shower water was good (be careful with little ones as it may become too hot), staff answered questions asked, bathroom was of good size, refrigerator was clean, air condition was adequate, had good room for suite cases, and was in a good location for sites to see; 😕
down side the shower head needed to be cleaned

We had five rooms in total for a family vacation. The toilet only flushed in one of the rooms! We notified the front desk, but were told they were eco toilets and he couldn’t do anything about it. We advised that we understood they were eco, but that they didn’t flush at all!

We chose this hotel based on revoews and availability for 5 guests. This hotel has a lot of wear and tear. Our room had an odor and would periodically smell like cigarette smoke dispite it beung a smoke free hotel. The bathroom door was warped, small holes in the wall stuffed with toilet paper, bathtub/shower drained slowly, certain parts of the floor felt uneven and would crunch when stepped on. The drawer was busted and would open (trip hazard) and the closet was difficult to open, almost like a strong magnet would keep it shut. The pullout sifa was extremely warn, stained, and about 3 inches of cushion. The pool was dingy, but kids insistent on going to.
Breakfast was average: scrambled eggs, sasage links, waffle maker, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal and bread for toasting. We have gluten allergies so the only thing we can eat are the eggs and yogurt. Highlights about hotel: cute welcome sign, staff friendly, across the street from an amazing mexican restaurant. Beds are comfortable with soft sheets and pillows. Room fairly spacious for group of five. Fridge a good size and a microwave in room is a nice to have.

We stayed at this property in Roswell overnight on our way to our vacation destination. We booked a suite with two queen beds. We are a family of 5, so the sofa was nice to have as another spot to sleep. Checkin was easy and fast. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were clean. The free breakfast was lacking.

The front desk wasn’t very nice and mumbled the whole time and you could t under stand them. Walking in to the hotel the lobby smelt like cheap weed and BO. The room was gross from the crap job at installing a rain shower head. There was a half inch gap around the ceiling in the bathroom. The rest of the ceiling looked like there was a water leak and a blind person fixed it. The toilet caulking was yellow from pee and cracked and it was about an inch thick so the maintenance it terrible there. The house keeping is too busy watching videos on their phone or just sitting there to clean. The bed skirt had mystery white stains, there was a chicken nugget from God knows when on the floor by the night stand. 2 of the 5 lamps had light bulbs. The handles on the dresser were bent in, there was a weird clear plastic tape covering the smoke detector, they need to touch up paint. So I got my keys and had to clean the room as there were pee spots on the toilet seat, tooth paste in the sink, toe nails on the floor, also had to wipe everything down as you could tell they didn’t, and then had to ask for new sheets as it look led like someone left skid marks and some blood on them. 8.4 stars you have to be joking it’s a 4 star hotel if they are lucky. The rest of the 4.4 stars were bought or consist of fake reviews I’m sure.
