Finally a room that was nice comfortable clean and way from other rooms. My kids were able to make some noise with out anyone complaining.

Use to stay here all the time. Liked it because they didn’t allow Hobbs residents to stay there so it was usually clean. But this stay, it was disgusting. Trash and food under the beds, shower had mold and was discolored from dirt. Then I wake up to my daughter screaming because she went to the restroom and ants got all over her. There were hundreds of ants all over the bathroom. On top of that, at the pool, I watched a family let 15 people in who did not have room keys and they came in and didn’t care about other guests. Ruined the entire experience because our room was gross and then we couldn’t even use the pool. Front desk did nothing about it and didn’t seem to care at all. Didn’t even apologize. Won’t be staying here again.

Got there and waited 40 minutes in lobby, I had already paid 150 for a suite yet was told there wasn’t nothing they could do because of the electricity going out. So I sat there with my wife and baby tired from the road trip, had just pulled in from El Paso, Tx 4 hour drive. Finally she let me in my room, I get to my room and bed was dirty house keeping had not had my room ready, beer cans and towels everywhere. I was tired and frustrated 12 am finally got to go to sleep at 1 AM to wake up at 5 am to go to work. I do not recommend. Worst experience

My only complaint is that when we came to check in the front door was locked. Once I checked in, instead of allowing us to unload all our bags and children in the front, which was near the elevator, he made us go to a side door. Once inside, it was like a maze trying to find the dang elevator that was all the way up front. I was pushing a stroller and carrying a sleeping child walking laps. I do understand safety (although this is the only hotel Ive ever stayed at that locked the main entrance), but it seems like he could have at least allowed us to enter.

Not a great experience. When I went I check in I was told that the baymont was an independently owned hotel and they did not allow locals to stay at their hotel. Which was not mentioned at all in their listing or details for their hotel on the app. It was a huge inconvenience and hassle because I had a family emergency that I needed to stay in a hotel for the weekend and I was in a rush to check in and unload my luggage so I could attend to my emergency with my family. Unfortunately it was not that easy I had to contact hotels.com customer support and chat with the automated service before I could actually text a live agent. The agent was very helpful with my problem and addressed it in a timely and professional manner which was great. And the only good thing about this experience. Thankfully hotels.com has great customer support and took care of my refund and cancellation. I just wish they would list on the hotel’s listing their policy for renting to locals and if there’s a deposit that’s separate from the reservation and room cost.

The room was dirty, totally nasty! We checked in around midnight, tired and exhausted! The room was so disgusting that my entire family slept in the car!!
When I looked at the reviews, anyone that ask for a cleaner room were given a different room that was just as dirty!!
They should be shut down!!!

I booked this hotel because online the rooms looked nice,clean,good reviews and good price. When I checked into our room I went to check the room out and noticed the bathroom floor had a lot of hairs so I called front desk and asked if we could get a housekeeper to clean up the hairs but at that time they had went home so he moved us to another room free of charge. When I went into the room to check this one I go into the bathroom and under the toilet on the floor there was pee and hairs bunch up with it!I said to myself you have to be kidding me!So here I go this time I go in person and ask the guy that checked me in if he could come with me so I can show him and explained to him what was going on. He apologized and moved us to another room.So I go and check this one and looks ok, besides the fact there’s a huge red stain on the skirt on one of the beds that looked like it might have been blood or ketchup dried up who knows I took it and tucked it under the mattress so I didn’t have to look at it. Next day as we are heading out for the day I asked the front desk if they will go in and clean our room she told that because we had our do not disturb sign up they weren’t going to clean it ( I used to work doing housekeeping and yes if customers had their signs on the door we didn’t go in there but later we would go around to check if signs were removed so we can go ahead and clean not there case here)our room never got cleaned the 3 nights we were there. The service here was great. The rooms were spacious. The hotel is a little old. The shower fixture in our first room broke at 10 at night so we had to change rooms. They changed our room with no problem. Our baby stayed asleep during the move, so we were happy.
I do think the room could have been cleaner. The shower had some pink in the grout lines and we did see dust and a couple ants in the bathroom in room 136. Overall though I think it was a good hotel for the value.
