Came to visit family. Check in / out was good. Service was very. good. Elevator was down (not staff fault). made it difficult for late 70's couple to climb two flights of stairs two or three times day. Next: Breakfast , I've had better and had worst. I would say MEDIORCER . One morning no coffee, another oatmeal was watery, another the bacon was over done. No housekeeping on week-ends (I guess that is the standard now days ) Price was right for what you got. access to and from freeway was good . Good safe location. After all that we would probably stay again.

The room was a handicap room the faucets in the both showers leaked all night one of the TV's in the bedroom only got one channel upstairs guests children were running and jumping late at night and early morning

We picked this hotel because it was close to the Balloon park for a sunrise ride which ended up getting cancelled due to weather but it was a nice hotel It’s catered to business staying; had a full kitchen, clean comfortable, free washer/dryer (my boyfriend’s perk) and the best continental breakfast I’ve seen in a hotel in a long time (included) My only two downfalls were parking was not convenient and I wonder if it ever got super full if there is actually enough spaces. I dislike parking far but I guess that sometimes comes with big hotels. The second was the broken tile in the hotel bathroom floor. 2-3 large tiles completely off…..is that safe? I feel like someone could injure themselves. I didn’t make a fuzz as I was too tired. Had I had kids maybe but it was my last night and I just wanted to go to bed. Other than that the experience was great

The staff was super friendly, the room was a perfect size for our family of 5. The kitchen had more than what we needed, which was nice. It was nice to have the 1 bdrm suite so we could put the little ones down to bed and watch TV in the other room. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was a little cloudy, but there was no odor and the kids had fun. There was a LOT of construction in the area, so it was hard to get in and out of it but that's not the hotel's fault.

Though there was a slight check-in issue, the associate permitted my check-in and worked out reservation conflict later w/Mgr. Though there is construction in the general area, it's conveniently located near grocery, restaurants to south and very close to freeway. Didn't sample breakfast or social hours. Hotel secures with access card in evenings, which is good. Neighborhood is mostly industrial and overall quiet. Housekeeping staff was very accommodating and fast. Helpful to have larger rooms which permit older kids/teens to have real beds instead of pull-out. AC worked great! TV system was a bit dated.
