The fire alarm went off at 3 in the a.m. Then went off two more times. My children were terrified and couldn't sleep. We left and drove home at 4 in the a.m. Property should give us our money back. They said they might give is points. Also our room was not cleaned.

Fire alarm went off a few times throughout the middle of the night. Was told it was a faulty alarm but received nothing for the inconvenience and uncomfort it caused my family.

The lady at the front desk upon check in was very friendly. That’s about where the good ends. The hotel needs a major renovation. I would expect more from a Hilton hotel. The parking garage was filthy and felt unsafe. The graffiti in the elevator was interesting. The hallways seemed dark. Upon entering our room, it seemed ok. Nothing special. As we entered the room further I instructed my children to not remove their shoes. The carpet was well worn and looked dirty. The beds were lumpy and much smaller than a queen (what we paid for) the pillows were flat as a pancake and there was no fluffing them. I did a quick sweep of the room surfaces that are most touched with a Clorox wipe. That was not a pretty sight. Entering the bathroom, there was a brown splatter on the wall, surfaces looked dirty or visibly worn. Curtains had nasty spots on them and the walls were thin. The floor is also uneven, the transition piece from the tile to the carpet, stuck up high enough to trip over it. I read reviews and thought this would be a decent place even though it is in Albuquerque, but I was wrong. Be forewarned, this is not a typical Hilton. It is much, much worse. I can’t wait to get home and take a shower.

The pillows were tiny and terrible, it like when it came time to replace them the went to Walmart and bought the cheapest pillows they could find. The bed sheet didnt fit, It wouldn't stay on the bed, corners kept coming off. One of the legs of the desk was broken and glued back together but was not holding. The glass shower door would not stay closed, so you had to hold it closed while you are showering or water covers the floor. The fridge is on its last leg, it made loud "fridge" and "electric buzzing, grinding noises 24/7. The bathroom door hinges squeaked so loud it sounded like an alien scream or a pig squeal. The bath towels were small and thin. It was like the cheapest replacement towels they could find. The thermostat on the wall didnt work, and the in room AC/Heater sounds like its on its last leg very obnoxious sounding and would not maintain a temp. Took the kids to the pool it was gross, it was so dirty and cloudy in the shallow end 3or4 feet, you can't see the bottom. One of my kids didnt even go in, the other lasted about 5 min. and had to get out, they tried to overcome the cloudy water by more chlorine or somthing. I have to say one of the worst Hiltons I have ever stayed at.

I liked the convenience of this property. The junior suites are very roomy. The only downside is the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. They also advertised a crib, but it was more of a play pen. I didn’t let my infant sleep in it because it was too hard for him.

This place was convenient for my family’s stay. A bit noisy from other people who stayed and noisy air planes coming and going from the near by airport.

The lobby was renovated but nothing else was. The mattress in the room feels old and lumpy, the ac sounded like a helicopter every time it turned on and woke all of us up. The hallways were dirty, carpets dirty, tub had rust on it. Just nasty overall! I cannot see how this hotel is a 3 star nor as expensive as we paid. When checking in the staff was friendly but could care less about the condition of the property. The elevator smelled so strong of cigarettes that my kids were gagging on the way to our floor.

There is limited parking on their main level. However there is a great parking garage on the lower level. Great lobby and bar to gather with family and friends. The airport shuttle was amazing! Very helpful!!
