This is the second year in a row that I have stayed at this hotel when in town to attend to family business. The hotel is very clean and well-equipped, the staff is very friendly, and the hotel is in a good location for my needs. I worked out in the gym and while I didn't eat the free breakfast, it did smell amazing. I was able to check in early, which was appreciated. My room was very clean and comfortable and I like that I was able to log into my Netflix account. I'll be back next year for my annual trip.

Disappointments around every corner. The one plus: the room size was excellent for family of 6 with 2 beds and sofa bed. Why we’ll never return: odd sanitizing smell throughout the building from the moment we walked in the building. I think it’s meant to make you feel the place is clean but instead it’s a suffocating smell that follows everywhere and is slightly sickening. The pool was out of service. When we asked for blankets for sofa bed they brought us mattress covers. The breakfast was strategically planned to be unappetizing. The setup was such that you couldn’t reach plates though the mob waiting for the waffle iron. Oh and joy (sarcasm): buckwheat waffle batter with a bitter aftertaste. No/minimal fresh fruit. Minimal cereal. The door to the bathroom locks automatically and requires the ability to press a tiny white button to unlock- not easy for my smaller kids. And to top it off: we were anxious for a good nights sleep. NOPE. the alarm clock went off at 530am and we couldn’t turn it off. We couldn’t unplug it from the wall or the clock itself. Hotel was so concerned it would be stolen that it was tightly wound and tied with zip ties so the cords wouldn’t budge. And then there were the dogs barking loudly next door. You get the picture…

The whole place smells marijuana! We couldn’t breathe in the elevator or in the hallways! Breakfast selection was very limited and not vegetarian friendly! Not even banana and apples! The only good thing was the room design as it was wide and comfortable for a family of 4!

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Great location very close to dining shopping and activities for families.

Aside from someone kids having the zoomies at night, my stay was peaceful. Room and lobby was clean. Hallways smelled nice. The older staff were very pleasant. Smiles and a hello go a long way. Breakfast options are a coma dating. I liked the pre-wrapped bread options. This is my second stay in this hotel.

Everything is ok and its clean and nice to stay with family, however we had a neighbor that night were shouting playing kids shouting til 1 am, the policy for pets is 50 dollar per night and they charged me 79 dollars for my 3 lbs pet. Please check the policy and it says 50 but they overcharge.

It's a great property, a pretty new hotel. My only suggestion is to please change the swiming pool water... the water was so dirty, so discasting, with death spiders, that no even my kids wanted to get in...

The place is very nice and clean the staff is outstanding the breakfast was very good close to many restaurants check in quick and easy as well as check out the pool hrs are good until 10pm the 2 issues I had was the pool wasn’t dirty but very cloudy and the water was very salty I don’t know why and I stayed I. Room 307 the people above me we up at 530 am the kids were run in back and forth continuously until I checked out at 11 not the hotels fault and I know kids will be kids however the parents should know better that 530 am is not the time to be so disruptive

Really good hotel with quite the good amount of space for families. Food variety could be better but food tasted good
