I have stayed here for years. Always clean. Nice breakfast. Coffee all day.
If you forget something walk to Walmart. Park your car and you can walk to at least 4 restaurants. Pub with decent food shares a parking lot, so no drinking and driving necessary.
All in all a great place to stay. Never had a problem. I have travelled here alone with toddlers and just by myself and always felt safe.
Great place if your family lives close by.
And shopping - ie TJ Maxx, Macy’s etc and Menlo Park Mall - all within 20 min drive.

I noticed signs that stated no running, playing around in hallways etc. I saw exactly that. On one occasion children were playing hockey in the lobby during breakfast & banging hockey sticks into the chairs. Children were running around in the hallways & I know events take place at your establishment however I suggest that you have sections for adults & kids. I also stayed on the 4th floor & periodically I kept hearing loud jumping noises above as if children were playing. For future reference I would like to be assigned to a quiet area.

One of the noisier hotels I've stayed in of late. Was awakened multiple times throughout the night by loud children and adults in the hallways... and this was on a Sunday night! Very poor soundproofing in this hotel.

My check-in was wonderful but once in the room that’s when it started. Let me start by say the overall room looked wonderful but once unpacked that’s when I noticed the problems. For one the bathroom was so small that you could not sit on the toilet with out closing the door. The bath tub was rusted and cracked and I was not taking a shower with my bare feet so I had to wear flip flops to take a shower. It was not just my room it was my family room also. Now let’s talk about the bed it felt like I was sleep on wood. So I went to the front desk and the lady that was behind the desk seem to careless that my bed was so hard the it had my back thighs and legs hurting so bad that I had to take Tylenol. She said all the rooms beds were the same but my family that was on a different floor said their bed was soft. It a shame that stay at a hotel that cost so much money that you can’t even be comfortable. I will never stay here again l. I will take my business to Best Western which is so sad to say!

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Our room wasn’t ready for an hour past the hotel’s check in time, so we were left to sit in their lobby with our toddler after traveling all day literally without so much as an attempted apology from the staff. After an hour, when I finally asked a second time for the room key, the staff member shoved it across the desk to me and said, “here” and turned away. We got to the room and it was filthy. I asked that it be vacuumed again, since there was visible food on the floor. Even after vacuuming again, I found crumbs on the counter, dried food on the bathroom floor, and a press on fingernail on the floor. There were two roaches in the hallway. We packed up and left, I told the staff why we were leaving, and they smirked, took our key, and said, “bye.” Never ever waste your money at this hotel.

I booked 2 rooms. One for me and other for my friend’s family. Unfortunately I was not able to travel since my kid was sick. I paid both rooms in advance and was not able to cancel my room since it was beyond the cancellation window. I made a mistake while booking the second room. I gave a wrong last name for my friend. But when my friend checked in, they said they can’t allow since the last name is wrong. He called me and I tried to explain that it’s a mistake and we paid for the rooms already and also he has 2 young kids and waiting to check in. The front desk lady was so rude and stubborn and dint allow to check in. We asked what to do in this case, she just told your last name is not matching and we can’t allow. Even though my friend gave his driving license. Then I called the hotels.com customer service and they were very helpful and changed the last name in mins. Then they allowed to check in. I have booked lot of hotels and whenever I book for my friends I used to be causal on the names since it was never a problem to me. They ask for Id proofs that we always have. They don’t look for mistakes. My main concern was the lady never told me to speak with the third party (hotels.com) and correct the name. Her intention was to create a scene and not allow my friend. I clearly understood when I spoke with her. Although we paid for 2 rooms, we used only one. They are not good people.

Everything you need is nearby. However, with the pool still closed due to "Covid" our children were disappointed 😞
