The front desk staff..the cleanliness..the ammenities all very good.. But the pool is closed down unexpectedly for some reason and that was supposed to be the main highlight of our stay here for my kids. So disappointed..given the nightly rate I paid..if I knew there will be no pool whatsoever we would have gone somewhere else.

Absolutely nothing for free. No coffee. No continental breakfast. No water or cookies when you check in with kids. I was lucky to get a spoon when I asked for one. All for $400 in the middle of nowhere New Jersey. Our floor was under construction and when we got off the elevator there was construction paper on the floor.
And to boot my daughter and her 2 friends all got chemical burns from the way over chlorinated pool. They were in for about an hour and came out with red burning eyes and my daughter’s face was all red and blotchy. They all needed eye drops. And I had to put antibiotic ointment on my daughter’s face for 4 days for the redness to finally go away. Even gave her Benadryl thinking it was maybe an allergy but it wasn’t. The other girls had red faces as well. And areas on their legs and arms were red.
Extremely dissatisfied considering the price. Will be calling to try get a refund.

I can't say enough good things. I travel a bit for work, so I am a bit jaded. But it's the little things here. For example, the place is clean to a "T". The staff was courteous, and helpful with any request I had. The store in the lobby was fully stocked with prime things one would want/need, including multiple brands of the same item for those of us with a preference. All of the plugs in the room worked (you'd be surprised how many places I've stayed, even 5 star hotels, where the plugs don't all work). The water pressure is ideal. The rooms don't smell "used" or strange. The beds are comfortable. The thermostat works! I needed it colder, my family wanted their room warmer. We simply adjusted the thermostats and they magically made the room colder or warmer. Again, you'd be surprised how many places I stay where that doesn't happen. Luggage carts were easily accessible, and all in working order. It is easy to get to. It was quiet, despite being full the nights I was there. There are places to eat close by, and pharmacies close by for necessities. I am just sad I had to leave too early the days I was there to partake upon the breakfast. I did see it being set up and it did look good. Stay here!

Very nice hotel staff was excellent. Disappointed we couldn't use the pool because it was taken over by loads of kids.

I stayed with my family for one night (2 kids).
The hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly. The only thing was the breakfast, we had to pay for it. but overall, it was a good stay.

Arrived Friday night with my 10 year old daughter. We were in town for a cheer competition and many parents and kids were staying at this hotel. As far as check in, parking, vending, the bar/restaurant, cleanliness, and the actual hotel room…they were all as expected and as described. My complaint is security.
While young girls (all in town for a cheerleading tournament) we’re in lobby, vending areas, and restaurant with parents. We noticed a strange man walking around. He was disheveled, messy, greasy hair, stains on his clothes, bruises and blood on his face. My friend and I approached the security officer on duty and told him about the guy. He hadn’t noticed. He spoke with the guy and walked him out. Minutes later, the guy was back in the building. We told security again, they hadn’t noticed.
About 20 minutes later, I’m sitting in the restaurant and my friend’s phone rings. It was her two teenage daughters calling from upstairs, hysterical. They heard banging and yelling, They looked out the peep hole and saw THAT guy!!!! He was across the hall, banging and cursing at a door.
We alerted security and called the police. Security didn’t see him re-enter the premises. Police showed up, arrested the guy and questioned the people in the room he was banging on.
All the kids were freaked out.
