Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Meadowlands Area, an IHG Hotel

It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t what I needed…language barrier when communicating with housekeeping…..breakfast area too small and overcrowded with management not willing to extend the hours to accommodate all guest in a filled to capacity hotel…good for a two day stay but ask if they are filled to capacity….oh don’t bring an infant/toddler travel bed unless you get a suite or a 2 bed room…the beds with one bedroom cannot accommodate it….the rooms are too small for the price…the price should be $88 per room

Great place for family

The main reason I booked the hotel was for the pool for my kids for the Fourth of July weekend. I have stayed at another Holiday Inn express in AC and it was big and beautiful. The pool was big and it had a hot tub. When we got to this location and looked at the pool it was VERY SMALL. I was SO disappointed. The water level looked like it needed to be topped off with more, there was no filtering of the pool and it looked dirty the water. There was no way I was gonna let my toddler go in the pool or 7 year old. We just ending up going to a water park at American Dream and we had a good time. The amount of money I paid I could have went to another location and had a great time and saved money. Staff was good just a little smaller hotel and breakfast area.

Our stay overall was fine. Our family came in for 2 nights to go to American Dream Mall and Waterpark. Hotel was convenient and comfortable. Slightly outdated and could use some care & upkeep in the rooms. Staff was very friendly. The last night of our stay one of the outlets close to the bed stopped working and the water in the tub wouldn't drain all the way. No big inconvenience, we told the staff when we checked out.

I booked this for my family we were coming from all over me from South Carolina from New York from Connecticut from Boston we were going to the city to spend the day. The place was nice and clean decorated very nice the breakfast was excellent the only problem was the pool the pool was cold the pool area was cold my grandkids wanted to go swimming and that was the only thing that was wrong with this place the check-in was nice and easy everyone seemed very happy everybody had a smile on their face the workers very very nice would go there again

Had a good time here with family, just a few minutes from American dream mall and good restaurants. Quiet, clean, staff were nice and accommodating.

I didn’t like the children running thru the halls all day and night. I did not like that the plugs by the bed did not work

I stayed three days and two nights everything was great, the pool was open all days for my kids. They even provided a floaty for my 8 month old daughter when I forgot hers at home. ample parking and close to restaurants. The cleaning lady Maria also brought me towels two times when I asked very friendly staff. Will definitely recommend to people with kids I also love the outdoor patio and there was also breakfast available every morning like a Buffet!
