Perfect hotel for our 2 night adult visit. We loved the location, the room and hotel overall cleanliness and the friendly and helpful staff! The shuttle driver, Albert was such a gem and so helpful when it came to giving us a guided tour and awesome restaurant recommendations each trip we had with him. We will be back and next time, we’ll bring the kids.

The staff was great except one person. Clearly wanted to go home early and kept pestering my family and then closed pool early asking us to leave.

Our room was infested with ants, told the front desk, they had the room re-cleaned, ants were back in hours, told the front desk again and they had the room deep cleaned, and it smelled like a lot of bleach was used. Again, the ants were back. The kids were freaked out because there were ants in the beds, on the dressers, in the bathroom, on the walls. I was on ant killing duty all week while we were in the room. Very disappointing experience, fell way short of expectations.

Very nice quiet property right on the beach. About a mile from the downtown. We went during off season so not a lot going on or areas open, everything open was mostly a drive away but to be expected. Hotel was small, but perfect for us! The comfort of everything and cleanliness was the absolute best of the best! Traveled with two little ones and they loved hanging out in the room too.

There were cockroaches in our room, and we have a one year old toddler. We immediately packed up our stuff and left at 7am after we found them at 6am. We also told the overnight staff, and they said they would pass on the message but the woman who came on claimed she was never told anything even though it had only been one hour. We also asked to speak to the manager but they claimed the manager wouldnt be there until 9am. They also knew we had booked through expedia and said there was nothing they could do about it. The manager never contacted us to discuss the matter.

Comfortable and clean room, but only had half balcony, which obscured ocean view. Also, pool was too small for adults-essentially a kiddie pool. Shuttle service was a great asset-never had to use our car.

I had the best trip, every experience was amazing. Staying with my two small children, was intimidating at first, but ended up being a breeze. I can’t wait to stay here again. Please don’t change a thing! Attached is a photo from my balcony. Breathtaking
