Had issues with kids running in the hallway and some kids playing hockey either in their room or hall after 11 PM

We stayed one night mid road trip. Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean room. Pool was quite old/dated and our kids got scratched on cement (very sharp on stairs and edge at places). Otherwise had a good stay.

First time at this location in Exeter NH for my husband, our 2 Boxers and myself for a family function. The suite we had was more than ample for all of us along with dog crates, ie no crowding. The hotel was Super Quiet both inside and out considering the Exeter Hospital is located directly behind the hotel we NEVER heard a siren and traffic to and from there was minimal. Shopping, restaurants etc are either in walking distance or a very short drive. Along with a very short driver (like 3 miles) to Exeter Center.
HIGHLY Recommend especially if you have pets that travel with you and DEFINITELY staying there again!!

I stayed here due to a power outage at my near by house that had lasted a few days. When I came in with my family, I may have been a little too open with the staff in letting them know the extent of our days without power. They decided to upgrade us a big room that better fit our family of four, and gave is bottled water. My wife and I thought it was pretty cool and actually did go along way in making the day better. That and the indoor pool :) thanks!

The property has been updated and our room was very nice and spacious. Staff was very friendly. The staff person on duty the night of Jan 7 was very helpful. His name was Steve Pare and he was unfailing courteous and professional. The breakfast was very nice. A couple of items had run out but were quickly replenished when I asked about them. I do suggest trays be made available to guests so food items can be taken back to the rooms for family members not able to come down in person for the breakfast.

We have stayed there before we really liked the hotel room cameras that they remove the hot tub but we went there a pacific thanks for watching day vacation because my dad husband was having back surgery and they said that the heat was really feel good on his back in the hot tub setting We went there knowing that it had a hot tub to use in a pool for the kids that was very disappointing and the pictures were still there on the website showing the hot tub

Clean, good sized room, with workable bathroom, small but adequate closet with iron and board. Nothing fancy. Common dining area for the reliably good buffet breakfast was well-designed, with seating options for singles, couples, families, and other groups. Ample free parking. Not much to see in the Portsmouth Ave neighborhood; only a 15-20 minute walk down into the center of Exeter. No hotel van, so no shuttle service.
