This hotel was so accommodating. Our family had medical emergency. We lived 3 hrs from hospital. They staff was amazing, facility was clean, and comfortable and quiet. Close to everything including the hospital I could have walked just up the road to hospital. They offer many options for breakfast hot and cold foods. It was amazing. I would Highly recommend this hotel for any of your travel needs. Big thumbs up to all the staff. Keep being awesome.

The room was comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant, HOWEVER: We wear our masks ALL of the time. We noticed many, many other guests (in the hallways on the second floor, getting on/off the elevator, at the coffee machine-eeewww!) NOT wearing masks. The "rules" given to everyone at check-in state that ALL GUEST MUST WEAR MASKS. Apparently, there is no enforcement (or even gentle reminders given to these inconsiderate guests) by staff, rendering that "rule" totally ineffective at helping to stop the spread of the pandemic and keep us all safe. For this reason, we will NOT be staying at this property on our August trip to Portsmouth, or recommending it to our Portsmouth friends/family as a safe hotel for when they host visiting guests.

Our family wanted to go to Water Country and York Wild Animal Kingdom, so it was very conveniently located to both places.

We were here for one night - 2 adults and 2 teens. Room felt a little cramped, but fit the bill. The kids enjoyed the pool. Free breakfast in the morning was better than most - Front desk staff very helpful. We prefer hotels where you can walk into town, etc. - which this isn't - but it was pretty easy getting places.
