The six of us had a wonderful time at the inn. Arrived in time for a quick swim and then an amazing dinner. The grandchildren loved the giant chess board and the fire and making s’mores. Cozy nice bed and then another great meal-breakfast.
Then off to Story Land 5 mins away.
Delightful stay for all of us!!

Loved everything except the stairs and small hallways. So much charm but pack light as there is a staircase to climb and a few small steps up depending on your room. Other than that staff was great, pools clean and the kids can't wait to go back again!

The property was very nice. The Pub was great. Original specialty drinks. The draw back was there are quiet time restrictions, which wasnt an issue for me. The family above me did not follow it. That was more than irritating after the 9pm and before 7am.

First the good. The people were super friendly in fact we even had someone working in the pool area set us up with our own music via our Bluetooth. The cottages are adorable and quite clean. We came in the midst of the biggest snowstorm in recent memory - 30 inches of snow - and the property did a great job moving all the snow around so we could get out. We did have to shovel our own walk way but I they did do it once and it snowed nonstop so I don’t hold that against them. I will also add that they are very communicative via text. Now the bad. I reserved a cottage with one king, two twins and a pull out sofa for me and my three kids. I got a cottage with two Kings and a pull out sofa. So that really annoyed me. Then, the pull out sofa was a disaster. Most of the springs were broken so the head and feet were hanging broken. That was totally unacceptable. Finally, they should at least have a microwave in their rooms. They said we could bring something to the main building to heat something up if we need it. Really? How about spending the $100/room for a small microwave so we can eat some popcorn and watch a movie? This place used to be considered the top of the top for romantic locations and it has gone way downhill because they clearly are not maintaining their rooms/cottages. I was terribly disappointed.

My family and I LOVED staying here! We were in one of the cottages on the grounds and everything was perfect! The cottage was so cute and very clean! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our kids had plenty of things to keep them occupied between the pool, playground and free games offered! We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we visit NH!

Stayed there with my family as we visited nearby Storyland and enjoyed every moment. Tranquil surroundings, friendly and helpful staff and - best of all - very accommodating to children. Our 4 year old really liked the pool and the pancakes at the free breakfast. I will also add that the price was quite reasonable especially considering the free cooked breakfast. Recommended.

This was our first experience staying at a bed and breakfast. The inn has rustic charm, peaceful, quiet, and kid friendly. Our room was upgraded with no additional charge and was much more luxurious than we expected. The breakfast is excellent and we will stay here again on a future visit to the White Mountains of NH.

My children and I recently stayed two nights at the Christmas Farm Inn and would go back again and again. The service and people who run the Inn are wonderful and the room was great. My children really enjoyed the indoor pool. Our room had a jacuzzi and the kids had a blast using it. They serve breakfast with your stay which was perfectly good... regular stuff... kid friendly... just the right portions! Dinner was very good. They serve a top notch steak on the kids menu... we always appreciate that... my son's favorite dinner choice... We had a great time.
We love this Inn!

Our family of three spent a very enjoyable Memorial Day weekend at the Christmas Farm Inn and Spa. The inn itself is quite charming, and its location (in Jackson, NH) is very convenient for both outdoor adventures such as hiking and kid-related activities (e.g. Story Land). The restaurant at the inn served a hearty breakfast and dinner was solid. The staff to a person was friendly and eager to help. In particular, the husband and wife inn keepers were very visible and went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. Our five year old daughter loved the indoor pool. The nightly camp fire gave my wife and I an opportunity to socialize with other guests–a nice touch! The inn seems to have a lot of return customers, and we plan to join their ranks.
