This is a motor lodge located on the main thoroughfare in North Conway. The motel is just down the street from the main shopping area and town center, and easily walkable. It is about a 10-15 minute drive from Story Land. Rooms are simple but clean, as was the pool and grounds. Parking is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Most guests were families or older folks. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Being one who is forgetful at times and also had a grandchild in my room🤗,I had to go and get additional keys 2x after getting my initial key. It was NO problem for the owner?manager, was extremely not fazed about having to do this twice, will definitely consider staying again if in the area.

Well check in was good i drove 5 hrs for rest..... rest i didn't get the room up stairs jumping up and down moving furniture. I called front desk and found out that two kids in the room 9 and 10 with adult in adjoining room so no supervision. Thought we were good. Till next morning 713 am jumping again. I was told after calling again. "Well they are on vacation too " I wont be back.

Stains, stains everywhere (The floor, the ceiling, walls, chairs, beds, blankets, sheets, towels, face cloths, towels). Some stains were covered that you didn’t notice at first (the bed cover/ other sheets/ blankets or even just tired traveling eyes). Then the lingering cigarette smoke smell (Even though they are smoke free rooms). It was imbedded into just about everything. My wife has stayed there about 10 years ago with family but she said it definitely wasn’t maintained from then. The pool area looked nice, parking was decent, and the bed was comfortable I will be looking to stay anywhere else for future trips

Hair was left in the tub. The bedding was stained. The carpentry looked like a child did it. The carpet was stained. The bed was hard.

Comfortable little motel conveniently located. Stayed here several times with the family on our summer trip to North Conway and we will be back.
