We were able to check in a few minutes early, which was greatly appreciated after a 5 hour car ride with 3 kids. Our room was clean and stocked with everything we needed.
The pool was a huge hit, and we had so much fun.
After we all showered, we walked right downstairs and ate dinner at the Casa Cafe; we didn't have to wait for a table, the service was great, and our food came out quickly (and was DELICIOUS!). After a long day of traveling, it was so nice to be able to stay in one place for everything we needed. We all slept great and were able to get up early, no hassle check out, and get back on the road.
We will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

This is not a family (kids) friendly place to stay. The only thing this place has for kids is the pool and it closes at 8pm. And the slide didn't open until 1130am and closed at 430pm. SMH
I got a pizza for the kids while in the pool and wasn't allowed to bring it in.
But their posted sign only started no coolers
But the pool was nice.
When we get to our room, it was so hot (115 outside) and our air-conditioning didn't work. I had to sit in the hot room waiting for them to get and change the air-conditioning.
Otherwise the room was fine.
Valet was included in the resort fee.

The pool is literally the only reason we go to the CasaBlanca. Floaties & balls are no longer allowed in the pool. We we're literally in the pool with 10 people. I would get it if the pool was busy but it wasn't. The hours on the slide are a bit ridiculous. It should open when the pool does. Staffing is so not the issue.
The part that really pissed me off was that they took all the fridges and microwaves out of the rooms. They are now charging an additional $15 a night to have a fridge in your room if you want one. So without fridge's everyone is using all the ice for their coolers which makes sense but then there's absolutely no ice to use. We had to go up to floor 7 to find some. My kids love the Casa so it's sad to see it going down hill.
The water pressure is so low that you can't even flush a poop!

Our stay was great. Just one night, 2 adults, 2 kids in a 2 queen room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was awesome, plenty of seating and poolside drink service. Waterfall makes it even better. Ate at the Cafe for dinner, we were seated right away, drinks and orders taken within a couple minutes & food out in less than 10 minutes. Food was hot & good! Prime rib was worth it for sure. We really enjoyed our stay.

First time staying here! We loved it. We wish we got time to swim in the big pool but we only stayed 1 night. Love that they have restaurants on property and someone even paid for our family of 6s dinner that night. We were so grateful and shocked. Will stay here again!

Great place for a weekend getaway. The food in the in-house restaurants was excellent! Love this place and will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Affordable room rates and reasonable resort fees make this a favorite destination for me and my honey.

We have been coming here for years. I really noticed the paint peeling off the building which made the hotel look old and tired. Only other complaint, we ate at Katherine’s which is our favorite I ordered my $58.00 steak medium rare and it was well well done. Yes, I could have sent it back but a very bad childhood experience I never send my food back.

Tired and in need of an update. Best thing going for it, it’s cheap. Prepare for raucous environs most days. They cater to youth sports families here for competitions. Pay a little extra and stay at a Holiday Inn etc if you need peace and quiet with rooms that don’t smell like they’ve been lived in since 1880.
