We were greeted by Mary who is an amazing ambassador for customer service. She was so helpful allowing us to check in early with an infant. She always greeted us with a smile. Nati was amazing and maintained the breakfast bar well stocked and clean each morning. Lucia was very considerate and cleaned our room around our schedule with our infant. Everyone was helpful and considerate. I would recommend this location for families and anyone with pets. We made friends with a few dogs during our stay.

Staff was excellent, extremely helpful and kind- both front desk and breakfast attendant. Room was huge, thinking we may have gotten an upgrade because the room was VERY spacious. A couple hairs on shower curtain, other than that very clean. Pool was working and in good condition (husband a pool man, he knows). Breakfast was decent and the waffle machine was working! Attendant kept everything stocked and clean. Property is on the older looking side but perfect if you’re traveling with larger family and need somewhere that is on the cheaper side but still decent. Area around is very nice and feels safe, super close to any type of store, restaurant, shopping experience you want or need. Would stay here again.

Had confirmation for motel room from Expedia. When get there I’m told that my credit card did not go through so there was no reservation for my family. Before I arrived I received no phone call, email, text, ext saying there was a problem. Just the confirmation for my reservation just prior to my trip. After I leave the hotel Expedia sends me information. That there is a problem with my reservation. Can’t trust Expedia or the this hotel with my family travel plans. Ended up spending $750 at another resort.
