They have no compassion for you still will take your money. Lie and say they wont take ur money and still do i will never book with them and don't recommend especially if u have a family emergency.

Come here for the breakfast! The rooms were super nice too. Super kid friendly place and far from influences of casino, smoking, etc. the only thing I would improve on was the pool. During our stay, only one half was open due to life guard absence.

Well to start off I booked in time called day of to tell them I was arriving late I had 2 other family members also going so 3 rooms in total at arrival they said they over booked and had no room for us they did provide another hotel my kids were tired fuzzy and had to get another Uber to the other hotel the next day they wanted us back ! We were just there for 2 days 3 nights after a lot of discussing they agreed to pay our stay in virgin hotels but it was not a pleasant experience

Pool closes at 7, but they let the kids swim until sunset (which right now is just past 8pm). Cocktail hour is always a nice touch! The rooms were clean and comfy and the breakfast is really good. We've stayed here before and will definitely come again.

My kids really wanted to swim but the hot tub wasn’t well maintained and was green. The pool had a lot roped off like it wasn’t in good condition so we didn’t swim at all.
