1st of your security is extremely rude, my boys when to hug their grandparents outside of the casino floor and they were apporach by a security officer to moving...while they were greeting each other, extremely rude, my kids had no intention of going on the casino floor, i say for 4 days and my room was only clean twice ....we had wet towels, our room was dirty...extremely disappointed given the amount of money i paid for great service....your team needs to learn how to communicate with people in a professional manner....and cleaning team, needs better management, I have never visited hotel where the rooms are not clean daily...disappointed....

We stayed for 3 nights at the encore and it was lovely as always, we travelled with family and had a lovely time . You could just stay within the two hotels without the need to leave!

Great family friendly pool, although there is some competition for shady spots.

I'm extremely unhappy that Hotel Management and Security entered my room when my mom was alone and privacy was turned on. My mom is 75, could barely talk English and is handicapped. Your staff (one male and one female staff member) started questioning her and I consider it as a intrusion into our privacy. It is none of your security team's concern to ask questions like who from our family is staying in which room. We called front desk that night but hotel manager was not available apparently. If hotel staff really wants to check our wellness then there are other ways to do it and you just don't just barge into a room. We have been in & out of the room several times a day and your hotel security near the elevator can confirm that or key scan records. This barge in was not required. My mom was shell shocked. We pay for the safety and security and this incident did not make us feel secured at Wynn property.

Our family of four stayed at Encore for two nights. And below is my 8-year old son’s comment: It was an amazing experience. First, there were comfy couches, a big TV, a tub, and they even had an ironer. And there’s nothing I don’t like! And I will definitely come back to Encore for my next Vegas trip again!

The family pool was not open 2 of the 3 days we were there due contamination. But the option to go to Encore was great.

DONT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!!
The absolute worst customer service I’ve come across in YEARS
EVEN IF THERES A HURRICANE HILARY COMING/FLOOD WARNING THROUGH AND YOUR FLIGHT IS CANCELED, THEY WILL STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!
Booked a hotel with hotels.com from August 18th-21st. I wanted to cancel because there was a hurricane/flood warning then their policy was that I would lose one night. I decided to go anyway because I didn’t want to lose the $400 a night for the room
When I got to the airport my flight was canceled because of hurricane Hilary. I wouldn’t be able to get on the flight until the next night (but southwest can cancel at their discretion,So I would lose a full 24 hours. I wanted to cancel the trip bc at this point I would only have 1 full day left so why even bother going, also run the risk of not even getting on the plane since there’s a hurricane.
then called the hotels.com again and they talked to the Wynn people and and asked them for leniency. The agent put me on hold for 25 minutes. He was working so hard and practically begging Wynn to show me mercy. It did not work. Wynn would not budge.
Disgusting, greedy hotel. If I can get 10 groups with this review to not book with them it’s worth it.
Even If you have a death in the family, and you want them to give you a refund/show you leniency, They will say NO. And “rules are rules”
Hotels.com on the other hand is amazing! They gave us a $200 voucher for our troubles and so did southwest.
