The room was very nice and plenty of space for my family of four. Would stay again. The lighting on the restroom mirror was partially out, and so was the small light mirror. The hook on the bathroom door was broken and the couch had stains on the side. I wish coffee was complimentary in the room.

Large, clean but dated rooms, nice bathroom
Too many kids, not enough adult only areas, customer service was not great in some cases

Great location for families. Walkable to Tournament of Kings dinner, Mac King magic show, Jabbawockeez, Aquarium and other things. The pool was great as well. The room was great and had a door separating the rooms, but the couch was not a pullout so bring a camping mattress or you have to pay $40/night for the cot.
The only thing I didn't really appreciate was the refrigerator. It is completely useless for 2 reasons. First, it costs $50 if you put anything personal in it because of weight sensors. Second, the price of the items in it. For families, you need a spot to keep items cold, especially with babies and other little ones.
I would stay here again, but I'd bring a collapsable ice chest to keep some things cool.

Traveled with family. Their room was not ready by 3. Staff was rude & would not give them estimated check-in time. I arrived later...used the mobile app. Directions were confusing. When booking I requested a medical refrigerator. It was not there. I both called guest services and asked a housekeeper for it. Finally went out and bought an ice chest as we would've been charged $50 a day for storing insulin in the minibar fridge. Fridge showed up the next day. A sensor on the mini bar is ridiculous...if you pick something up to look at it and don't put it down within 15 seconds you get billed. Advertising an in room coffee maker then charging $12 for a coffee pod is embarrassing for a 5 star hotel. Phone in the front room didn't work (no one came to fix), bedside ihome didn't work (they didn’t have another one), coffee maker broke. Requested a replacement but got tired of waiting so borrowed one from another room. Replacement showed up the next day but they left the broken one on the floor in our entryway. Concierge was never available. The room itself was lovely, the hotel décor beautiful. But if its service your after, this is NOT the place to stay.

Great place to stay with kids with lazy river, pools, and ocean wave beach. Good restaurants and sky bar with spectacular view.

The hotel and rooms are very nice and clean. It was quiet and I had no trouble sleeping. What vastly outweighed all of this is at check in they initially dismissed our request to have our two rooms as near to one another as possible and only had 1 of two ready. We were assigned separate floors. I tipped the woman checking us in and asked if they might find two closer together. She did and quoted 10-20 minutes to get the first one’s cleaning completed. I checked back after 45 minutes and they had started cleaning the first. She was apologetic and said just a few moments. After two hours my sister went to priority check in and complained to a manager who finally worked to get us into the rooms. From the time she started with the manager it took about 30 minutes to get the first cleaned from start to finish and then we waited on the second. We started check in at 6 PM and got the first room at 830 PM. We were exhausted as were our kids.
