Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my experience at Country Inn.
After receiving a room number during check in we went to our room number and found the door cracked open and after walking in noticed the room had not been cleaned what so ever.
So we had to walk all the way back up to the front lobby and after telling the front desk ladies they were trying to figure out what rooms were clean and what rooms were not and they kept having to walk down the halls to see if certain rooms were clean or not. It was super inconvenient because I had 2 small children in my arms while I was waiting and it was very unprofessional and made me feel uneasy about my room being clean.
Fast forward to finally getting a room that was “clean”.. the room seemed that it had been cleaned as far as bed sheets being changed but other than that the room was pretty dirty and had some questionable white stains on the fabric chair in the room which grossed me out..
let alone for myself but since I had small children with me, it made me feel uneasy about the uncleanliness.

Pool was the highlight, my kids were stoked and the hours are 6am-Midnight, which is awesome if you get in late so the kids can still have pool time before bed. We found a giant stink bug in the bathroom as well as a couple other small bugs (sorta a Midwest thing, but still gross). The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Online the photos showed a great spread, but when my family went to breakfast all they actually had was waffle batter and cereal. When asked about it they said a big booking of guests that were there previously ate 4 days worth of food in one morning and they hadn’t received a shipment of replacement food yet. We are in the middle of a cross country road trip with three young kids so breakfast was a huge factor in why we chose the hotel so it was a big let down.

Crazy stay. We booked a room with a King, but because the property had no elevator, we were changed to a double room on the 1st first. When we went to the room, someone else was already staying there. What???? They put us in an accessible room that was a little gross and smelled super weird. I really wanted to call Hotels.com and see if we could switch hotels, but decided to suck it up. I can't believe this property is a 3-star hotel. The windows haven't been clean for a very long time. The sink had rust around the drain. The bed was old and uncomfortable. There were employees in street clothes with toddlers running around the front desk. Just so many crazy things. I will never go back there and will probably avoid all Country Inn & Suites. Please save yourself and don't stay here.

crowd of people there for baby shower, wow! What a baby
NO ICE makers broken
kids running up and down hall all night
barking dog next door ALL NIGHT
NO BREAKFAST only one person available to run front desk, cook, clean, provide check out assistance. What was there was gobbled up by baby shower people instantly. NO STAFF
NO SHOWER CURTAIN? Really
Maids must love that

Did not feel safe in this location for my children. Breakfast was a joke. There was no milk for the cereal put out. Safe was not readily available to help. Not high quality for sure. We paid 150 for the night and it was not worth that at all.

Our stay was short arrived from a 12 hour drive so very tired my family an I, check in was very fast, area was very nice with the love gas station next door really wish they focus more on the cleaning because our bathroom looked like it was used with pee on the seats and the tv stand and table very dusty but overall everything was good plus the breakfast made up for it…

This place was a disaster. Check in delays. We were only one there at time. Finally get to the room. It's dirty. Bed not made, towels in floor in bathroom. Have to go back to desk. Gave me keys to a new room, some lights didn't work. WE dealt with it, after driving 12hrs, who wants to deal with maintenance too. When time to check out in a.m. nobody at the desk for 15mins, had to drop and leave keys. Nobody ever came. Me and three other families did this.

We stood at the front desk for 5 minutes waiting for someone to show up and check us in. We finally decided to call the hotel and a girl with an attitude answered. We asked “can we check in?” and her reply was “well that depends” as she came around the corner. My husband said “oh okay, we’ve been standing here for a few minutes”. He wasn’t rude, condescending or anything like it. She got loud and stayed loud and said “well look here bud, I’m here 16 hours a day”. We weren’t sure how her choice in career or length of shifts she worked affected us. At this point, we are tired and just want to relax. She remained extremely loud and abrasive in how she spoke. Zero customer service skills. We are a military family and usually not ever offended but really?! She gave us 2 queens even though we booked a king. Again, at this point we didn’t care.
Once we got into the room, the door wouldn’t lock, the coffee maker barely worked, the fridge door was broken, and the bathroom was still dirty. The sink wasn’t clean and there were pubes left in the shower. No thanks. We slept and got up early to leave.
We travel across the country frequently for business and pleasure and always stop in Sidney. This was the first time at this hotel and it will be the last.
