The breakfast was great! The front desk was very helpful and all the staff we encountered were always smiling and happy to assist. A great place to stay with the whole family!

This is a great hotel. Good location. Something’s just need updates. Our toilet would barely flush. The shower head was horrible. Very loud hotel. We’ve stayed here twice and both times it was very loud at night with kids and dogs.

Hyatt place is usually our go to. Never again, in Lincoln, NE. Parking was off site, in a parking ramp, that i paid for, dogs barking next door every morning, kids crying (paper thin walls) there is also a trash pick up location right in back of hotel so Saturday morning we were woken by this loud compactor smashing trash. The hotel was in good condition, the rooms, however were dingy, bathrooms old. Breakfast was not great. The pool on the first day was FREEZING. Only good thing would be endless dining options nearby! Needless to say, we wont be back!

Great place to stay in downtown Lincoln. Close to the college campus, bars, restaurants and many activities. Stayed with 4 children before a sports camp and it was a great place to stay. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Dishes tended to get pretty stacked up in the very small dish return area.

The room was fitted together nicely, a little smaller than other Hyatts we have stayed at but it got the job done. The bathroom was quite spacious and overall the room appeared nicely groomed and clean. The room we stayed in faced the street so it was really noisy till very late at night. The breakfast is always appealing to us with a larger family to feed and this one proved adequate as well. I didn't love the options but it fed us and I'm content with that. Would I stay here again? Probably, but I would ask for the quietest room in the building.

The area is great, the hotel is mostly clean (nail clippings on the carpet). There was a party in the room next door that the hotel was aware of. It's hard to believe they would put a family next to that! It was supposed to be done at 10:00 pm but was still going well after. I went down to the front desk and they sent someone to break it up. That was it. No offer to comp anything or offer another room.. I'll stay there again but I'll be sure to ask for a quiet room!!

Nice quiet night in downtown Lincoln after Husker women's basketball game on new years eve. Nice stay with my family in comfortable quiet room. We got our fill from the hot breakfast the morning we checked out! Stayed here a few times now and never disappoints.
