Glendive Lodge

On checking out, I asked for a receipt which I needed for crossing the border and was given a lecture on how I better not call and complain about the price difference. I was told what Hotels.com pays them is not what Hotels.com charges the customer. I assured her I was not concerned about that and simply needed a paper receipt and then she proceeded to continue to complain and lecture me that she better not get a phone call. The motel and property were nothing special so perhaps nicer staff (and a better breakfast) would have enhanced the experience a little. Will not recommend to friends or family and will not stay again.
