Good last-minute room for our family. Nice swimming area for children but not a lot of room for swimming for adults or bigger kids.

Very good other than Direct TV not working but we were warned at check in. The kids loved the pool area and breakfast.

The two female registration staff members were incredibly rude when we checked in and throughout our stay. We felt like we had to walk on eggshells or they were monitoring our every move. They were very unfriendly and if you asked for something, you were made to feel like it was an inconvenience. We are educated professional and a post military families. Their pet policies and swimming pool policies are ridiculous and so strict for individuals traveling from out of town. They were rude with your guests and unaccommodating. You are not allowed to leave your pet in the room at anytime - so if you are alone- forget going to the dining area for breakfast or the pool. You can’t use the amenities without them policing you. We have stayed at so many friendlier hotels in Billings. We suggest you find a more accommodating, friendly environment and you will have a more relaxed trip. This happened both times we stayed there. We will choose a higher quality hotel when we travel to Billings in the future and encourage you to do the same.

The staff was incredible and the pool was such a hit for my small children! The only complaint I have is the pool area was so great now my kids have high expectations that will be crushed every other hotel we visit on our trip 😆 Seriously though it was a great place to stay!

I didn’t realize this was a “pet friendly” hotel. I’m allergic to dogs and cats. When checking in, a family was checking in with two cats. A person with a Doberman was at the desk area and we couldn’t get thru without walking within inches of the dog. Another couple was eating in the dining area with their large dog. Room smelled horrible of dog. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a large dog barking a deep bark. If you love animals, this is your hotel. We will never stay there again. We couldn’t eat breakfast, due to animals in the breakfast area (people aren’t supposed to leave the animals in the room alone). Staff did say we could find another hotel (when I asked if they had dedicated rooms that hadn’t had pets in it). We had been driving all day and were too tired to find another hotel.

I was very pleased with our stay! We arrived late at night on a trip from Washington to SD, and the older gentleman at check-in was very friendly. We had two dogs, and as a note for other people with pets, I had to sign a pet contract (fairly standard) but it did say pets could NOT be left alone in the hotel room. As a single mother, it was daunting to get my child and my dogs to the room and leave no one alone, but I understand the policy. Unfortunately, all the other travelers had taken the luggage carts to their rooms (who does that, so rude!) so there were none left for me to maneuver us and dog crates all into the hotel room at 11:30pm. The front desk person was so kind and went out of his way to help me find something to help. He brought me a big rolling laundry basket, and that made it all doable. So grateful! The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet even by the elevators. Breakfast was delicious! (Belgium waffles too!) It was a great stay overall, and I’ll definitely use it again on my roadtrips trips to see family!

If the pool or spa are under repair for an extended period of time it should be disclosed during the booking process. I understand these amenities need to be serviced but for people traveling with children it would be greatly beneficial to know that is not available

I Booked this hotel based on reviews and for the pool. Kids super excited when I showed them the photos online. We check in at 4 which was the check in time on my email confirmation, posted on the wall by the office at the hotel it says check in is at 3. Printed on a piece of paper is a sign saying the pool will be closed Monday through Wednesday. I was given no notice prior to checking in. If I had know the pool would be closed I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. My kids super bummed. I should have been notified and given an opportunity to make other arrangements prior to checking in. The hotel itself was fine. Breakfast was average along with the rooms. Sole reason I chose this hotel was the pool. I understand maintenance needs to happen but paying customers need to be notified and given the option to cancel or given a discount. My family was very disappointed
