The employees are very friendly and hospitable making check in and out easy peasy. They had cookies and popcorn for us upon check in but ran out for half the family with cookies since it was after 8pm when we arrived. The elevator helped us to our floor and our room was very clean. Ours had one queen and one double along with a mini fridge, microwave, two luggage racks, iron, hairdryer as well as mini toiletries for the bathroom- shampoo, body wash, soap bar and makeup remover kit. There wasn’t any recycling in the room and didn’t notice any in the lobby or eating area. The beds were reasonably comfortable but did shake a bit when you move around. The AC seemed to not get cooler once it reached a certain temp but it cooled off the room enough for our needs. Breakfast- biscuits and gravy, premade omelettes, sausage, cereal and milk, apples and oranges, Costco muffins, yogurt, bread and bagels, oatmeal packets, waffle maker and syrup, PBJ packets and honey, juices, coffee…as well as vending machines $, ice machine, and a washer/dryer $ on the second floor. The hotel isn’t high end but has all the basic amenities plus a nice layout for breakfast along with friendly staff for a more reasonable price than many other options in the area. So if you’re looking for a nice clean place with food and friendly faces, without tons of extra frills this is an excellent option! We would stay again if we are passing through.

The location is very convenient and located in a quiet neighborhood that is super close to both large hospitals in Billings. It was very easy for us to get around to visit our families. I can tell the hotel has done some upgrades as well - very clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back.

Hilltop is a very convenient place to stay when you have a family member in the hospital. It is very walkable you dont need to move your vehicle at all during your stay. Breakfast was convenient also.

1 night stay on the way home from family's house. Quiet as it is right by a hospital.

A couple towels had stains on them and the hallways were the most dimly lit I think I've ever seen. Walls are thick and quiet tho. I could barely hear the woman screaming at her screaming children right next door so that was nice

Every time we stay here the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and we are so comfortable. We stay frequently due to family members being in the hospital and the staff is so kind. Highly recommend.

This is the hotel if you need to stay by someone in the hospital, otherwise I recommend looking at the other options around town. The rooms are smaller than average, the breakfast has fewer options with limited seating for the guests, and there is no pool (I’m not sure how I missed that, but the kids were disappointed). The staff was very friendly and helpful and the place was clean. It is definitely an acceptable place to stay as accommodations go but I would not recommend as a part of a family vacation.

We are a family passing thru and the hotel was a very clean. Right in the middle of hospitals and Dr. Close to restaurants as well. Would stay here again.
