For as hyped up as this place was, we were disappointed. We paid nearly 600 for 2 nights so our kids could enjoy the pool and hot tub while visiting home. While the kids played in the pool area, i had my 1 year old on my lap with her feet in the water of the hot tub. The hot tub was broken, so the water was room trmp at best. An employee came out telling me to remove her as its a liability. Explained theres no liability when it was clearly broken. Employee continued with a snarky attitude. Our kids picked up some food to eat dinner at the tables off to the side of the pool area. Same employee comes in and says those tables arent for eating and no food in pool area. Asked if we could go out to the outside patio area to eat; again met with attitude stating no, we could eat outside in the courtyard away from the building. We packed our dinner to go back to the room; our kids have been here multiple times prior for their birthdays and have eaten in the pool area with no issues. As we are packing up to go upstairs, a couple other guests come down with a large cooler of alcoholic beverages and food. Employee said nothing to them. Asked if it only applied to certain guests; she wouldnt answer me. Never again will we book.

The room had visible dust on everything. The entire hotel smells like smoke. The pool/hot tub area had a group of children that literally ran out everyone else from them trying to fight & using fowl language. We tried to let our children swim again the next morning & the same group of children were there, jumping into hot tub repeatedly when no one under 14 is permitted. No pool towels both days we were there.

I liked the hotel. However, they have the pool open till 11pm. The whole line of rooms in all 3 floors facing the pool was very loud. Kids were screaming and talking very loud. On Sunday morning right after that, at 6:15 am, the kids were back at it and woke us up. I thought, they can't be in the pool that early. But after looking out the window, I confirmed it. After we got up with not anymore sleep, I asked a employee what time the pool opened. They said 6am. I said how in the world would they allow the outdoor part of the pool be open that early when people are still sleeping. They said the management did that. They're Choice. We'll I say as a customer is my choice not to return. We were at a show all day on Saturday and wanted a good night sleep. With that and all the kids banging and making loud noises up an down the hall in front of our room, I think next time I'll go somewhere else since they didn't care what I said.
