It's a Holiday Inn - it's not going to be fancy. But it was very clean, well-appointed and the staff was friendly. I arrived 1/2 hour early for breakfast and decided to sit down with a cup of coffee to wait. The person managing the breakfast area offered to open it up for me. I told her that wasn't necessary but she said it's done, enjoy it. The breakfast was more robust than I was expecting with lots of options. The pool area was lovely and the snack options at the front desk were priced nicely - I liked being able to let the kids charge to the room. The fitness area is tiny. Luckily, I prefer being lazy.

Friendly accommodating staff. Very nice room with a super comfy bed. We had great grandkids visit us and we had a ball in the pool. Restaurants close by and shopping just a few blocks away. Breakfast was excellent with biscuits and gravy.

Very comfortable. We had two rooms, both were perfect. The only downside was some noisy kids at 5am running up and down the hall. But that is on their parents, not you.

. My family lives in Sedalia. I stay at this hotel for it's comfortable rooms. The beds are top notch 4star hotel beds and the bedding itself is top of the line.i stayed there the weekend before and my tv would not come on. 3rdcqtr of super bowl. The desk agent came up and did the usual turn off on. Unplug .it rebooted and I saw the last 8 minutes and the chiefs win! That is service.

There were children running the halls and slamming doors until around midnight. Since I had to be up before 6:00, being able to sleep before midnight would have been nice.

They we are very considerate in the fact that I was a traveling night shift worker, so they put me on the upper level to make sure I was away from younger children and the coming and going of families during the daytime. Also when I asked for help with my luggage and for a change in my schedule due to Covid contract changes. They were helpful and understanding, both the hotel and Expedia’s customer service. The bed is huge and soft and comfortable, the room is really spacious and has lots of areas to put luggage on and store. The coffee machine was nice and the shower had loads of steaming hot water with a very generous flowing showerhead. Even the breakfast during Covid times was really good, lots of handmade hot food, instead of cold to go boxes you see at other hotels. The only difference is they have a primary server who brings everything to you that you need, instead of cold to go boxes at other places. The only complaint that I might have is that every time I took a shower, the right outside of the tub would leave a puddle on the floor from some kind of leak under the rim of the tub. It was nothing that really bothered me that I couldn’t fix with a towel, but it could be dangerous if you’re not paying attention. And even though the breakfast was really delicious, it is only Served after 6 AM, when most of the contract travelers who live in the hotel are already at work. Therefore it’s kind of a bummer to pay for something you don’t get to enjoy. Overall a great stay!

The staff was friendly, especially the lady who made the breakfast! I was pleasantly surprised that the poolnwas salt and not chlorine. The hot tub was very relaxing. I felt like the floors around the elevator area weren't mopped at all the 24 hours i was there. The elevator was kinda shuttery, and made me and my kiddos nervous. Our room seemed clean, but i found a straw just under one if the beds. I also saw alot of people walking around and in and out with no mask. I saw none of the hotel staff ask them to obey the signs that state to wear them on the premises. There was also a pretty big pit hole in the parking lot entrance.
