It was new and clean but we were there for 4 nights and never got help with our TV after making 3 requests. The shower was a walk in which was nice but had no handle inside once the shower floor got slippery with soapy water. The breakfast was not up to standard of other hotels we had stayed at. The coffee was good and the yogurt was good. White slices of bread and white bagels were stale. Scrambled eggs were cold. Do not plan on staying there when visiting family again.

We had to be in town for a funeral. The hotel was convenient and very comfortable. Personnel was friendly. Only problem was there were a lot of kids staying for a tournament and the staff had a tough time keeping up with the breakfast food.

I was a little bit frustrated that breakfast started at 630 and by 730am my two kids and I came down to find everything all gone. Sure we could have grabbed a yogurt but literally that was it. So we loaded up to continue on our road trip and got breakfast on the road.

I had been on a week long trip and the Sleep Inn was the second nicest hotel I had stayed in. The room and bedding were particularly nice and the room used for breakfast was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient for a visit with my family in O'Fallon. However, I don't think I received all the reward points for my stay. I looked at the account today and I believe I only got credit for one days stay rather than three. There was no place on the website to follow through with an inquiry about this loss of points that I could find.

I was in town for a death in the family. I kept extending my stay and the staff was so accommodating. The place was quiet and clean and everyone was wonderful. I will state here every time I visit in the future.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and quiet for the most part except for someone letting their kids run up and down the hallway on the floor above me (but that's not the hotel's fault...it's just poor parenting) The only drawback was no dining in the hotel other than breakfast and all dining options were a good 15-20 min walk away.

Smelled clean as soon as we walked in. The people behind the desk were friendly. The room was clean with plenty of towels for myself and two kids
