Loews Kansas City Hotel

Beautiful property. We had a corner suite with great views of the city. The terrace was a highlight. The breakfast buffet is not daily as advertised and only on weekends. This was partly why we chose this hotel over another so was just disappointed in that. The bed is medium firmness and we prefer soft so always put this in our reviews. Many hotels don’t offer soft which makes it challenging to sleep away from home. Lots of lobby places to mingle and sit and talk with family and friends. Easy text communication for questions upon check in. Rooms do not have microwaves so no bringing leftovers back. It costs extra to rent a microwave by the day just fyi.

We really enjoyed our long weekend at Loews. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive and our room was wonderful! It was spotless and had a spectacular city view. We were pleasantly surprised with the rooftop bar - great service and lounge atmosphere. I would definitely stay at Loews again in the future or recommend to friends and family traveling to KC.

On the moment we arrived we have been harassed, it started with a simple picture of which we were told that we can not take pictures on the property. We were taking pictures with a camera phone, when asked by managers by text they said that pictures are allowed but if it bothers other hotel guest it is not allowed, the hotel lobby was continuously nosey with guest by what seemed to appear to be a bar area that seem like a nightclub. I stepped out to get food of which the hotel staff came to the room and I left my 18 year old in the room the manager stated kids can’t be left in room, this place I would not recommend nor would I book again. I didn’t even stay a full night sleep as this is unbelievable I rather check out atthen stay at this hotel

We have stayed at this specific Loew’s KC four times in the past 4 years. The customer service is incredible. They truly go beyond expectations to make your stay memorable. They have nice baby cribs and provide a cute little zipper bag with baby specific Soaps, lotions, Detangler, etc. Outside of turn down service the in my opinion have better customer experience than we have at the Ritz Carlton. The pool is great and not terribly busy. The kids love it and their hot tub is spacious enough for a family or two. Their gym is awesome, peloton bikes, treadmills and weights. Location is great for families or couples, And their incredibly fast valet service makes getting in and out of the hotel easy. Restaurants are great and reasonably priced At our last stay last weekend, we had drove to Kasey for our son’s birthday. We did a tour of Arrowhead stadium, where he purchased a few souvenirs, including chiefs football. He was heartbroken and in tears when he got home and realized he had forgotten it in her room. We figured by the time to pay for shipping and go through the hassle of trying to track down the football that It was a longshot, so we honestly didn’t try. The next day my husband received an email that they had found the football and shipped it back complementary to our house! My son was ecstatic. This hotel was already our kids favorite hotel that we go to, and this just put icing on the cake for him. Needless to say you have life long customers with us. Thank you!

We had a great stay as a family of four.

Overall good! Was trying to get my family a few bottle waters and the bar was packed and no vending machines. A little annoying. For the price should have a fee other options.

For y grandchildren before getting on the plane the next morning. They felt special and loved the experience. My exhusband was with them and he stayed an extra day

Huge hotel! We stayed on the 21st floor and got a corner view of Kansas City. I had trouble sleeping because it was so beautiful at night and I loved looking down at all that was happening below. The room was clean and quiet and my family slept well. The staff were welcoming and more than helpful, which was significant considering there were swarms of Taylor Swift concert-goers taking up most of downtown and the hotel. My kiddo forgot her blankie in the room when we checked out. We received an email not a few hours later from the hotel manager offering to mail it to us free of charge. They had a solution before we even knew of a problem and they anticipated how much this would mean to us, which is the best customer service I’ve received ever. We returned the next day (after my daughter’s sleepless night) to get the blanket and the manager came down and returned it to my daughter with a funny comment about the complimentary bag it came with. My daughter had an entire narrative going about how well her blankie was treated at the hotel in our absence. So many millions of important issues going on and everyone, from the housekeeping (Thank youuu!!!) to the management making a huge impression on us. We will definitely be returning. So very grateful we lost that ratty, well-loved blanket here!

Very clean, staff was very nice, great amenities, family friendly, breakfast buffet good for adults and kids with a nice Bistro. We were planning to walk around but there are quite a few homeless around the whole neighborhood. Probably the way it is now but now comfortable to walk family around. Went to the light district and had a 2 very uncomfortable encounters with small groups of older kids walking around us in a circle.

My family and i felt right at home. Everyone from the desk clerk to the staff were polite and happy to assist. I will definitely make Loews a Go To when we return. THANK YOUUUU
