The hotel itself is very pretty and clean. Had trouble with our door locks....had to be addressed numerous times....children with other guests were very noisy,,,,allowed to run up and down halls while people were sleeping...... the front desk said they would credit our bill but couldn't since we went through experian. thet credtited our resort bill.....a total of $30. If there is a way for you to contact them and remove a more substantial amount, that would be appreciated.

Resort is beautiful and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pretty secluded for the area, easy to get to around area. Only negatives: 1) Restaurant had no draft beer on tap. 2) Adjacent room had noisy children up late one night 3) In room coffee was of poor quality 4) Bed sheets were coarse after last change

Very comfortable! Slept like a baby! Quiet rooms - darkening curtains, little balcony - but view was parking lot. Nice grounds - pools, sand volleyball, golf, fishing.

We were put in a room that had an adjoining door, and there were multiple kids unattended in the room next to us. We knocked on their door and told them to keep it down, but it didn’t help much. We told the front desk on our way out the door, but she seemed very disinterested.
