Sink and bathtub were backed up! Room smelled musty. The hot tubs weren't working and no towels. The desk service was of no help when I questioned my bill. Overall it wasn't a good visit!! Very loud too.. lots of kids making noise all night! Not recommended!

We stayed in the 3rd building, which smelled horrible. I'm not a picky person, but the smell was pretty bad. You had to get used to it. The sink is on the outside of the bathroom, and i never realized how inconvenient that was until now. Space around the sink was small too, so not a lot of room to put your things if you're staying a few days. Room could use a few more plug ins for all the chargers that today's families use. The mattress was way too soft. A firmer mattress would have been much better. All in all, these small things were not game changers for us. The breakfast was AWESOME, the grounds are beautiful, atmosphere is cool, especially for kids, the location is perfect being off the 76 traffic, and we will probably be back. We found no trace of bed bugs or pests, which is a big deal when staying in affordable lodging in Branson. There will be minor inconveniences everywhere you stay and we have stayed at several places when we make our trips 3-7 times a year. This one is on our green light list

We have stayed at this location a few times before and always enjoyed our stay. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. It is a cute place to stay and we do enjoy ourselves. The breakfast is always hot and yummy!! My kids always enjoy the pool, although they did say it was super cold this time around (no complaints from me it was July!) The air conditioning is super cold (I for one LOVED this!) Now for the details that everyone looks for. It is dated. The beds may not be the comfiest and it may seem like youre bouncing all over the place when you sit, lay down, turn , or anything. BUT they are hotel beds if youre expecting the the Hilton then go there. The rooms were clean. We were there for 4 days/3 nights and everyday there was a housekeeping on our floor all day long cleaning all the rooms on our floor. I imagine it was the same on each floor. This place is NOT the Hilton but we love the home inviting atmosphere and friendly staff and all the other positives so WE keep coming back and will keep going back because of this!!! Thank you for making our stay wonderful and cannot wait till we see yall again!!!

Overall it was a great stay. Room was clean. Beds were decent. Didn't hear too much noise. Breakfast was okay, like most others. There are 3 buildings & breakfast is in building #2. Breakfast ends kind of early, 9:30am. There are 2 indoor pools and hot tubs. There were a bunch of teenagers taking over the pools and being rough - not caring that my small children were right beside them. People were eating food IN the pool/hottub. No staff was ever in the pool area. Best to go to the pool during the day or early evening. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

It is a cool Hotel. But, the beds were hard, our room stunk like cigarette smoke, breakfast & pool was in a complete different building. On the plus side good breakfast, games if you have kids & nice staff.

The front desk was super friendly and helpful!! Our room was by the stairs to the 3rd floor, and there were a lot of kids staying this particular weekend. It was obnoxious having the kids running and screaming up and down the hallways as late as midnight. But, it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall, it was a good stay. Would definitely stay again!

We had to have had the worst room in the entire hotel! A few doors down from the pool, arcade, electrical room, across from the laundry! Nights were full of kids running past to the arcade. Mornings the staff was going in and out of the laundry very very loudly. Free breakfast was just ok. Room was very small. The bathroom was so small the door rubs the toilet seat when closing. I had to take 3 barely warm showers because the hot water wouldn't last more than a few minutes. The pool area smelled bad and was very small. When i told the staff their response was "yeah thats a bad room".

The stay was fine except 3 buildings and no front desk in 2 or 3. Their security was maintenance people who we only seems once in 3 days. There were 15 year old boys who were wild Friday night in the pool in building 3. Parents were outside drinking. People came to building 2 pool and hot tub to get away. Saturday night in building 2 pool and hot tub we had to put up with 3 adults acting worse then the teenagers. They were diving in throwing balls and just rude. They were fine getting the kids to act worse and lie. No security or supervision to be sure rules were followed. Just disappointed! Our room was fine and breakfast was great! Best I’ve had at a hotel where breakfast was included. Others complained about the noise but I didn’t notice. We went to have a relaxing weekend but was disappointed. Will not stay here next Branson visit

A great place to stay for families. The mattress is so soft and comfortable. The bathroom is tiny but it’s a bathroom so you don’t need much. The facilities were very nice and breakfast was great for what it was.

Our first room was clean, no smells however our shower did not work (there was no water pressure). Front desk worked quickly and sent maintenance but when he couldn’t fix it they moved us rooms (quickly and promptly). New room had a weird smell almost like of pee but it was clean and showered work. The pools were chaotic. Maybe a third indoor pool would be helpful since there is 3 buildings. My kids couldnt swim in either pools night one because older teens took over one pool and the other pool so many kids and football being played they couldnt swim. Second night was much calmer but much less people at the pool. Overall we would stay again and the pricing wasnt high!
