Best Western Plus Landing View Inn & Suites

The staff was very accommodating with any everything my family needed.

We stayed for a mid week family vacation. Staff was very helpful. Pool was FREEZING but pleasantly empty. Breakfast was tasty. Needs are soft which I loved, husband hated.

Stayed 2 weeks for a family emergency and it was a perfect location. The service and the staff were great.

The check in Ladies were amazing! I brought my pets but did not know there was a room fee until I called a day before my check in.. $20 per dog per day.. the web sight says that’s it’s a pet friendly property but no mention of a fee .. I told them that there is no mention of a fee and the clerk told well you have to call .. I said well there’s no mention of that on your web sight either ! ..,this should be listed because it probably would have been a deal breaker…also for being a pet friendly hotel and charging a fee there is not one amenity for dogs not even grass to go potty one so we had to drive or walk a mile to a park each time.. the king suite we were in had a king bed and a sofa sleeper the sleeper was extremely uncomfortable with a very thin mattress the room was supposed to sleep 4 but had a single vanity in the room with no privacy ..the property appearance was mediocre cigarette butts on the ground, and stairwells. exposed dumpster area nothing covering the front of the dumpster area.. people were working on a car in the parking lot.. our room was cleaned good and prompt while we out of the room and the air conditioning was amazing… 4 stars because the check in attendant’s were very friendly, and loved my fur babies!

Check in was great employees were friendly! Rooms were clean and comfortable but VERY small and prob not the best for a family of four sharing a room. We just had a standard room with 2 dbl beds. Pool was dirty around sides but neat tht it was open 24hrs! Covienient location to Branson landing.
