There was roaches in the room. The bed was caved in i had to sleep on the floor. Then 730 to 800 a work crew under my room started to work on the room under us banging and Woke up the kids that early on a Saturday on Vacation. When i went to talk to a manager No one was there so we had to call a manager and tell her. She said to refund my money. I still havent received my money

The worker at the front desk was so nice and hospitable, the rooms were large 3 queen beds, breakfast was hot and many options. It was cheap but so surprised not rundown or dirty. Perfect for a family of 5 or 6 on a budget.

The beds are comfortable and the room looks very clean. One of our children dropped something behind the bed so we had to move the bed out a bit to get it and found a lot of toys and food left from prior customers. The pool was not usable while we were there. It had a chemical issue. Even after they reopened it it did not look really clear So we didn’t use it and the kids were disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice not to have to rent 2 rooms for our family to stay in. It was close to everything we needed. Having breakfast every morning was so nice and money saver. Will definitely recommend and will book again

Front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean & and just as described. We loved the 3 queen beds it accommodated our family perfect. We will definitely stay again!!!

This was a quick 2 day trip to Branson to pick up a grandchild, we chose this hotel because of the price so that our child could afford to stay a night as well. We had stayed here 4 years ago and even though it was a low budget hotel it was very clean, this time… not so much. Rooms were very dirty, beds super uncomfortable and very badly in need of some renovations.

The room was very clean. It is a bit dated but for the cleanliness and price with breakfast you cant beat it. We loved the room with the 3 queen beds. Great for our family. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with my husband and 2 small children. Was super convenient to everything and the room was great! Breakfast could be a little upgraded but all in all was a great experience! Would absolutely stay again!
