Waiting on a refund. Was left to find our family a hotel at 12 AM on a holiday weekend, while hours from home. Clearly this was due to the disrespect of the prior guest(s) and what had to be a chain smoking affair. Luckily, we found a room about forty minutes away where we could get some much needed rest before continuing to travel.

Amazing remodeled rooms. We stay here every summer for the last 6 years and it’s always great. Especially this year than previous ones. We checked in to our room a little early for free, we got to our room and the AC was not running properly! We went to the front desk and it was amazing service and swift. They moved us into a king suite with a balcony for no extra charge due to the previous room having no AC! Thank you to americinn for never disappointing all these years for our family vacation. Unfortunately I don’t think Branson will be a destination next year, BUT ,if it is, I know exactly what hotel I plan on booking at!

Hotel housekeeper was nice! The room was clean. My kids enjoyed the pool and the dessert served 9 pm-11 pm.

I made a reservation for July 1st, 2024, I arrived around 5 pm and there was no staff at the front desk or anywhere in the whole building, it was me and more people waiting to check in, we had to call the police so they can walk around the building and see what was happening, all the people who were there waiting for call multiple times the number in the front desk because was the only number marked fo call as emergency number. After more than 2 hours of waiting the manager showed up with a terrible attitude, I came close to the front desk, and I explained to her how I had been waiting with my 3 kids for more than 2 hours and I wasn't feeling that all safe because if no one is in the front desk that means anyone can go inside the hotel she got supper upset and start making faces saying that she can do anything and the only thing she can do is give me my money back. They served scrambled eggs, biscuits, and gravy every day for breakfast and never changed the blankets from the bed.

The first room we were given had ants. I called and it was completely booked so they did not move us, someone take in and sprayed raid. I was told I would get 10,000 points. Second day there were even more ants so we had to move rooms and I was told I would get another 10,000 points. I got no points and the second room carpet was not clean. I have two little kids and was not happy that they sprayed raid everywhere and we still had to sleep in there. There was no way to air out the room.

The staff was on the rude side. Git to our room and it was locked from the inside so they give us a different room. There was a screaming child and i just needed rest. I booked for a balcony riom and was told there wasnt any.

Nice place, great for kids. For some reason my card had two transactions for the full amount of my stay. Luckily did not need the money while I was there, but I am concerened to see where this is heading. Brought it to front desk's attention, they told me I had only one transaction on their side. Hopefully it falls off and all will be good.
Only thing I can think of why I was double charged was on their precheck in process I used early check in, and that somehow messed with the system. I would be a little cautious of that system. $25 extra for early check in is fine, an extra $311 for however many days til this clears, not so much.

Overall the room was clean. The hallway and rooms had a strange smell.Not a clean smell just strange. The front desk staff and other workers were friendly and helpful.
Just make sure you or someone in your family dont become sick and you decide to head home the day before you are to check out. Expedia was very helpful and the front desk lady was also. Expedia has to contact the hotel to get approval to give a refund. We were schedule to check out on Memorial Day, 5/27/24. We had an emergency and ask to check out the day before,5/26/24. When Expedia called to verify we stayed there, the hotel told them they would not give a refund because we had checked out on 5/27/24 as was planned. I will continue speaking with someone until I get this taken carè of

Never stay again. Got stuck at end of hall by swimming pool entrance. Doors banging all f'n night. Noisy people in joining rooms people loud in hall kids hollering just miserable all night. Will not recommend

I didn’t like the swimming pool is cold water, grand child didn’t play long cause it was cold water. We thought it would be heated pool. Probably won’t be stay there again.
