My biggest complaint is that I was charged for an extra person even though I told the lady at the front desk when checking in that it was only my daughter and I staying. My husband had to stay home last minute because our older child woke up sick. She said she would take the charge off. It was never taken off and when Expedia reached out to them they refused to remove the extra fee. The property itself is older and needs major remodeling. They said they are working on the exterior right now. The interior needs a lot done. The room had years of ware and grime built up. Nothing they could have fixed during our stay.

Good trip. Went to Dolly Stampede and Silver Dollar City. Our 52 nd anniversary of wedding. Had some kid SDC and grand kids with us. Even though demolition and new renovation was beginning it did not bother us.

The pool was kinda cold and we had random kids outside our room running through the halls and banging on our door. The breakfast wasn’t great but wasn’t too bad. Overall wasn’t a bad experience tho.

We stayed for one night for a quick visit. It was certainly sufficient for the purpose. Check-in was easy and the clerk was very friendly. They provided late night dessert which was great for the kiddos. Breakfast was good, and the lady at the breakfast room was also friendly. The facilities were clean. If any complaints, they only provided 2 pillows on the bed. We could have asked for more I’m sure. Also, the room was very warm even with turning the air all the way down.

Quiet & clean. Close to lots of Branson attractions. Great hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, yogurt, juices, etc). Also have a late night dessert (cobblers & soft serve ice cream) and 24 hour coffee & hot cocoa. Huge pool that was a good temperature for the kids. Unfortunately the hot tub was freezing. If we had stayed more than one night i would have asked about that and hoped to have it fixed. Bed was comfy enough. Bathroom was small but clean. We have stayed her once before and im sure we'll be back. Hard to beat the price for a clean & quiet location.

I found a bug in my bed, they moved me to another room and it was clean food was on the bed and floor, they move me to another room this time it had waste on the toilet and then the staff was talking trying to make it seem like one of my children had put the waste on the toilet and I ask for the manager no manager was available. I was told she would contact me in the morning never contact me.

I liked how the property was close to attractions. It was very clean and easy to check in. The staff was very friendly. Our room was comfortable. We had to ask to change our sheets because they didn’t look changed but other than that we enjoyed our stay. We plan on bringing our children next time.

Our heater in our room evidently received damage from the extreme cold earlier in the month. It then ran about every 5 minutes during the night making it hard to sleep. There was not another room for us to move to as the hotel was full. The second room that we had tor our children did not have any issues. The staff in the breakfast area was very nice.
